Here's my submission, a 10 mana big minion that requires a deck to build around him to be effective, which is sorely lacking in the other main competition.
I tried to make it as lore wise precise as possible. His death will give you a little more control over what your Yogg will or will not do. If you take away the damage spells you take away the part that can really screw you over. Without those spells you can expect to get a much more positive effect out of your Yogg.
I think this has it it all for this theme; Serious Lovecraft reference, scary effect due to number of Old Gods and that favourite thing for all Hearthstone players: random damage!
Flavour text:When will he learn to not answer the phone when C'thun Calls?
When looking at the assortment of cards Shaman has been given it's a recurring theme for the class to be tempo driven to some extent, especially with the introduction of the many new strong cards that feature overload as an impediment for the card. Alongside these cards is the new Legendary minion released for Shaman, Hallazeal the Ascended, which heals you for the damage your spells do. If you accompany this card with Hallazeal one could obtain significant tempo with the heals to clinch a survival in a pivotal moment as well as the freeze effect which delays the opponents movements by a turn. Additionally the card has considerable flexibility, being able to be used early (like a normal Frost Shock) or later in the game to give yourself another turn for that crucial topdeck!
Keeping all of this in mind I also wanted to move away from the constant use of overload that accompany Shaman spells and the large board damage they seem to have. As Frost Shock doesn't use the overload mechanic it seemed only fitting for this one to not as well and therefore I went for the forbidden theme instead. It wouldn't be a top tier card either, this is purposeful in context to the stronger cards added in this set as another tier one card wouldn't be necessary.
In conclusion I feel this was a well rounded card and it could see play in certain decks (return of the Maly Shaman anyone?). Any feedback on the card would of course be welcome and who knows... Maybe it could see some love?
For a touch of flavour: "THE COLD NEVER BOTHERED ME ANYWAY"
The most BOARING demigod! its Agamaggan!
Flavor Text: Stonetusk boar is actually his cousin on his mother's side.
Turns out the friend of aviania and cenarius is more than just a boaring old boar...

This mean that if you have 10 mana and play this it would throw 3 bombs... because you have 3 mana left.
It's like the forbbinden ancient it has a start cost.

Here's my entry for this contest, quite the card isn't it?
I like the power but it should be a Battlecry that reads: "Give all minion -2/-2 if they die replace them with 1/1 Wraths."
Wraths: "At the start of your turn deal 2 damage to your Hero."
Here it is, Algalon, the observer. Always watching for corruption in Azeroth. without him, yogg is unleashed.
I chose Druid because it fits druid way better than shaman although Overload is a shaman mechanic.
Custom cards :
CLASSES : Alchemist (CCC#5 | Phase V) | Chef (CCC#4)
EXPANSIONS : Year of the Scorpion (Year Comp)
Solid counter to huge C'Thuns. Slows it down a little.
Vote for my card!
My entry:
P.H Hearthcraft, Torture Mind.
