Amazing work with the design and flavor of all the cards. With that said, there are a couple of fairly big problems.
First Blood is definitely OP - clear most two drops plus effectively activate your hero power is too much tempo for a 1-mana card.
Shadowy Sentinel is a really cool card but would be game-breaking if coined out on turn two.

I think you have a bit of a misconception of Shadowy Sentinel, this effect would apply only to the Mechs currently on the board, not to any you may play after the Sentinel is on the board.
My bad - delete Shadowy Sentinel from my comment and replace with Blackmarket Sentry.
I like the idea of the Mafia Lady, but to me, Loatheb's strength comes from the fact that is offsets boardclears by a turn which makes your board safer in that way, e.g. Lightbomb becomes 11 mana, Flamestrike becomes 12 mana, Blizzard becomes 11 mana.
As such, I would adjust her effect to be a lasting stealth, not like Conceal

i dont know, some of those might look nice, but most just look bland and overcomplicated. i often pick 1 or 2 fun cards and build deck around it, but i dont think i could do it with those. i think you are trying too much to create something special while i would appreciate some simple and elegant cards

olny mafia lydia sounds "cool" to me even though its just yetti+conceal. for example knife juggle sounds cool but i wouldnt play it over evis and widows wick looks interesting but its basically reversed flurry (usually you buff dagger and then flurry and with this you equip flurry and then buff it) with less potential (hits only 3 minions and not face)
and mahnoor is stupid. its useless against aggro (with both manacost and the fact its easy for them hit you many times) and broken af against control because 6 hits would make you invulnerable for several turns

Well, you expect the cards to be perfect in design and effect, but that can not happen. For example. Mahnoor is weak against aggro but strong against control, much like Deathlord that is good against Aggro but HORRIBLE against Control.
First Blood is a neat idea, and I was actually thinking of something like Widow's Wick recently. Both good ideas. Here's one I came up with a while ago:
Originally I had the cost at 5, but it seems when I saved it to imgur I had decided to make it 4. More balanced at 5, but might be too weak to see play. Anyway, was meant to give rogues good board clear with combo to keep it flavorful. With this and a good draw mechanic, rogues could actually become a viable control class.
Seems too strong imo. Could easily cost 5, considering the other Rogue board removals aren't too good either.
You do realize that this doesn't damage the enemy hero, meaning that without the combo it's a strictly worse Consecration?
One thing that does make it pretty cool is that on turn 10 you could play Malygos + Prep + Slice & Dice and get an 8 damage board clear to keep Malygos a bit safer.

Yes, and Paladins also don't have Preparation, that gives them a 1 mana Consecration. Protip: Never compare class cards between two different classes.

I dont like Asha'Alor Agent. Her effect doesn't match with the class flavor.
