I could imagine seeing this in a bounce Rogue deck, which uses brewmasters, shadowstep, vanish, etc. to get really high value out of combo minions and battlecries.
Finally a little Rogue redemption. Too often does SI7 only need to deal 1 damage and sometimes makes the curve awkward when you have to use him with the coin. Now we get mini SI7 with a fair body and flexible cost.

Is the effect really powerful enough for that though? I doubt it.

Actually, I used to run a deck like that but I gave up on it before it could be further refined. It was fun but I didn't have Edwin VanCleef or any real win condition, for that matter. It's just meant to screw around and clear your opponent's board so they can't have any minions.
Discuss!
Give a man a Murloc, and he'll eat for a day.
Give him a Murloc Knight, and people will hate him.
It's obviously an above average card, not sure how useful it'll be though.
Better than SI:7 in that at least it has equal stats for its mana cost even if you don't combo it.

About time they added some more scourge. So many humans so few undertakers =(

Love the art. Can find a spot.
Vision without action is a dream. Action without vision is a nightmare.

Solid. It competes with barber as a tech choice against aggression.
I would say better than barber since you don't need to take face, at least against 1 damage minions.
Stunning art, good stats and a nice effect.
Love it.
