This is a great card - Paladin needed a non-Aldor 3 drop minion since Scarlet Purifier was just not cutting it. When TGT releases, depending on whether control/midrange pally drops chow or not, between 2x minibot, 2x muster, and 2x this, we can really get scary value of our hero power and counter aggro. Add Jousting to the list and we are becoming more and more of a solid control archetype again. E. the Pure and Tuskarr Jouster are really great cards to help our toolbox as well.
Even getting one recruit of value can let you trade with effectively and the synergy with Justicar, QM, and other inspire minions is real.
Because pallies in the arena needed a boost, right? This could at least be rare.
On the constructed front, it's stats and the ability being an aura rather than a battlecry mean that it can be played as just a 3-drop when needed, a slot midrange paladins only had muster for.
Consider it is just a Raid Leader that only applies to Silver Hand Recruits and has 2 more HP.
Still, the extra 2 HP goes a long way towards ensuring it stays alive long enough for you to get value out of the effect, which the Raid Leader can't do.

Army of 2/1 Recruits is real!
Vision without action is a dream. Action without vision is a nightmare.
Since when is a 2/1 sexier then a 1/1?
Give a man a Murloc, and he'll eat for a day.
Give him a Murloc Knight, and people will hate him.
looks solid!
I'm actually afraid this may help eboladin instead of midrange/control...
UPDATING TOKEN PALADIN DECK RIGHT NOW (edit: updated)

Have a great deck that's really, really cheap? Help the new players out
Awesome card
I can see priests Thoughtstealing this card already, along with the minion that summons a recruit.

Compare this to Raid Leader.
Doing the same! Nice card!
So the entry quote will be " To horses man" ? Shit this card is nuts
Turn 2 coin + muster, turn 3 this.

Looks good - stats and effect !
Paladin just keeps on rolling-- keep up the good times, Hearthstone!
Great effect, good body. Muster, this and Quartermaster are going to be a pretty solid base.
By what? Muster and Peacekeeper? I could easily see my list dropping Blessing of Kings and a Zombie Chow for two of these.
