er... nourish draw cards? grove tender draw cards? azure drake draw cards? wrath, mulch, swipe, keeper help keeps board under control?
and maly shaman is another one that depends on getting those cards into your hand.
aniv, innervate, innervate, maly, double faceless is the win condition.
and if you tell me a 6 card combo isnt possible, i m sure theres a few decks in the current meta that begs to differ
Sorry, previous poster is right. Old miracle rogue also depended on specific cards to win, but also had plenty of early removal, crazy draw engines and could win without ever drawing Leeroy Jenkins
Patron warrior also has more draw than your deck, but the combo pieces are 2-ofs, unlike your all-in-on-Malygos deck.
Freeze mage has comparable draw to your deck, but way more ways to burn 30 damage and stall the game.
Remember, you MUST draw all 6 cards, which means digging pretty deep, and you cant keep any of them in the mulligan. Then you must also survive... This deck, or any deck relying on that combo is not competetive, I promise.
if i remember, miracle rogue has shiv, fan of knives and gadgetzen auctioneer with an array of cheap spells to last till combo,
the list has 2 shiv, 2 fan of knives, 2 gadgetzan auctioneer for card draws
2 deadly poison, 2 blade flurry to completely wipe the board where 1 sap and 2 eviscerate 2 SI7 Agent provides removal
1 leeroy jenkins, 2 shadowstep, and 2 coldblood
2 preparation and 2 conceal for protection, 1 edwin vancleef and 2 questing adventurer for alternate win condition.
i dont remember the other 3 cards on the top of my head. so i will give you that........
as for patron warrior, the draw is from i believe slam, acolyte of pain and battle rage and maybe shield block, thats 6 cards to draw, which i believe is still less than the list...... its removal are 2 deaths bite, 2 fiery war ax, and 2 execute which roughly gives it about 10 kill spells, that is more minion removal than most deck can handle in all honesty.
freeze mage has 2 mad scientist, 2 acolyte of pain, and 2 arcane intellect and yes, it does have enough to stall the game with 1 flamestrike, 2 blizzard, 2 novas, and an alex and some version run pyroblast to close out game. and if i remember, they use a more expensive combo with fireballs and frost bolt as finishers. Remember you must draw out both cards with lesser card draw than i have set up. the difference is that theres the matter of iceblock to stall out the game for him to turn the game around.
we can bring out as many counter point as needed, but if all you are going to do is say no, it can't work, then you might as well not say anything. because it doesnt help me fix the deck.
i m thinking cutting 2 darnassus aspiriant for 2 oracles, thoughts?
Sorry if this was already asked, having Aviana in play then Thaurissan you get your minions costs 0 mana, but what if your Aviana is sapped and you play again? Do your minions still continue costing 0, or they becomes 1 mana again?

Her effect applies as an aura therefore overriding any modifications of manacost gained earlier, be it a buff (Emperor Thaurissan) or a dynamic manacost card (Mountain Giant/Molten Giant) - every card will cost 1 mana. Cards may cost 0 if such modifications took place after she was played (e.g. you played Emperor Thaurissan while having Aviana out). However, after her death all cards will return to their original (modified?) manacosts.
No, she's just so slow and best case scenario you set up a decent board. But the things you would have played would have been better on curve anyway. The only use I've really seen for her is the otk malygos combo but it takes way too many cards to be practical.
What board-clear? Twisting Nether? I heard Renolock run one of those.
But it doesn't happen very often, and outside of the combo synergy with Innervate, she herself is pretty mediocre. The tempo lost to just play her and nothing else is simply un-affordable in an era where Doomhammer can just pop out of nowhere and just snaps you up um-yum-yum-yum-yum.

Do you play just Innervate and nothing else? Why would you ever play Aviana herself, without anything else? She is meant to be played in heavy ramp deck on t10 as tempo swing. Even without coin or thaurissan or innervate, she is 5/5 body with threatening ability (even more threatening than thaurissan) AND one other big dude (like Chromaggus, Kel'Thuzad, Ancient of War).
But holding Aviana in hand is simply not an option. Drawing Aviana without any power-play is just drawing another useless card. And aggro/midrange decks punishes this kind of inefficiency very harshly. I am not saying I would play Aviana out and nothing else, but I simply don't think that the Aviana into something else, or Aviana into The Coin/Innervate happens often enough to justify the inclusion of the demigoddess. Druid already has many ways to seal the game, Aviana simply is a win-more card.

Just try to think outside of doublecombo. Druid can into heavy ramp control playstyle. Aviana fits there perfectly.

I would like to see you try, as I currently don't have her nor the dust to craft her outright. My sincerest best wishes to you, for I also have high hopes on her when she was first revealed. All the hopes and dreams that crashed into the abyss....

Well, actually, I had the deck even before TGT released. Since TGT, I've build and playtested this deck really hard, ranking up to 5 with it.
This card is insane. The only reason I play druid.
Insane? LMAO, not even close... Maybe in the future, after more crazy and viable stuff becomes available for druid, but for now, it is nothing special.
At y point of view if played well is the most broken card of the game. Infinite combos possibilities. You use it and any fucking minion becomes 1 cost, so if you want you can just play her and plus ANY OTHER FUCKING MINION in Turn 10. And the best part, is only for druids. Legit the best because if I had to play against every class and they may have this card I would probably quit Hearthstone because this card is sick.

If the meta ever shifts back to the point where control/taunt Druid is a thing again, do you think Aviana will see play as a core part of the deck?

Lemme just topdeck that real quick.
