This card isn't a Mechwarper for all minions, seriously guys. Mechwarper has much more snowball potential, playing your whole hand in the next turn. This new card has more versatility but overall they are two completely different things.
It won't replace Wild Growth neither, the spell value is guaranteed for what Combo and Ramp druid proposes to do and the draw is a nice bonus in late game. Having said this it's a nice addition to these archetypes - an early drop to confront aggro whyle improving your own game if left unchecked? Pure gold.
Coolest card revealed so far. Not op, not auto include, but people will find ways to use it. Best part is it has interesting interactions with other cards and mechanics.

Why is everyone trying to silence this? You get a wild growth with a 2/3. It just happens to go away after it dies. As long has it's battlecry goes off it has no downside. If it lives one turn its worth. At worse its a 2/3 with taunt, because no one is going to want to let that live.
With mechwarper, you rarely get more than 1 mana discount in a turn. The nightmare is that they have a piloted shredder or mech yeti, so you have to get it off the board asap. With this, if they can follow it up with any 4-drop, you're in trouble. I'm glad they're giving this to a class that isn't already top-tier.
WOW! Finally a good card!.. Jokes aside- this is a really good card. You can silence it and gain a lot of value. Even without silence it's good. Also considering how many cards in TGT have good stats and big downsides I think Wailing Soul decks might actually become a thing :D

Great card for druid, something to play to help with aggro and trades well. also if they ignore it you ramp up to a shredder or shej or maybe even the new druid four drop which would be sick.. It's kinda like a soft taunt minion which is good for druid in the early game.
Im just gonna hope i can make battlecry druid a thing, play this then recombobulator it maybe? or bounce it back to your hand with youthful brew if you want XD. This expansion will be fun.
All the people that suggest to use it as a ramp to 4 drops, do you ever see Pint-Sized Summoner used in a decent success deck? Does 1 extra HP really make it viable in comparison. Cause I don't think you really care about being able to swipe in turn 3.
On the other hand I think this card could see some plays in a mage heavy meta to counter Mirror Entity. It could replace Zombie Chow but contests with the irreplaceable Wild Growth for 2 mana. Will need to wait and see.
I am pretty sure that this will give you an Excess Mana, she has the exact same text of a wild growth

Hmmmm. If someone Arcane Golems you when you're at 10 mana, do you get an excess mana card? I'm pretty sure you don't, which leads me to believe that the excess mana 'mechanic' is only part of the Wild Growth card.
Nourish played on 0 mana woun't give you Excess Mana either, but none of these cards reads "empty mana crystal" :)
True, the wording isn't the same. However, what I'm trying to say is that it won't automatically have this effect; I reckon Blizzard would have to deliberately code it to have the same effect as Wild Growth...which they might do. Or they might think a 2 mana 2/3 draw a card is too strong, even on turn 10. We'll have to wait and see.
If played well this card is simply insane.. Kudos to Blizzard, I gotta say it's extremely well thought, and powerful.

Corrected, not much of a difference anyway since you can do the valid combo with the same set of cards.

Is that name confirmed? Some are also calling it Darnassus Sentinel, Darnassus Panther Rider, and Darnassus Nightsaber Rider.
I personally think Darnassus Sentinel makes a lot of sense.
