Aviana for sure. Even though the others aren't seeing play, they're all interesting cards that might. If you want to make a deck now dust them, if you can afford to keep them I would. I'm pretty sure at least Vessina is going to find a deck soon.
Imo Aviana is the only one 100% worth dusting.
Don't dust this, because it is still in the actual expansion and you might get it a second time, when you open further Uldum-Packs. I full agree to the comment of Nohva.

Actually Dr. Morrigan is seen much play on the Wild ladder so i suggest to keep it.
and about the other cards i think i agree with what people have said so far here
nohva got the list right, keep octo vessina and kangor, dust all the rest
I would dust everything but octosari and dr morrigan
