Definitely has potential in highlander decks.

sick efect with a ok body, great card

Even though they have Baleful Banker, Shirvallah will seriously consider this for the extra tasty redundancy.  Powerful card though, most Control and Midrange will consider this until it rotates.  One step away from meta-defining.

Didnt Archivist Elysiana just get nerfed so you can't combo her with cards like this?

 It not that consistent since you only see 3 minions unless your opponent only use 3 minions

pretty slow but slow value minions like this are what highlanders need.

I'm here for the mogu meme card.

Im not sure about the power level, but I like this kind of design.

Can be very strong in singleton decks to get that extra legendary and it is balanced in terms that the card is shuffled into your deck not to your hand.

Also can serve as a soft counter to Hecklebot pulling out your combo piece that early on turn 4, you  simply just shuffle it back.

Augmented Elekk synergy too.
