4 mana do nothing's are not good in Rogue, it doesn't even matter what it does. Also Rogue seriously lack good consistent draw, something this card needs. Hoping to highroll Unstable Element in conjunction with this is a surefire recipe for a sub 50 percent winrate. Cool card, callback to one of my favourite Fal'Dorei Strider, but especially with the Prep nerf this won't be seen anywhere outside meme's. Hurts me to say it, but it's relegated to meme patrol.

If you thought you knew what you think I know, then you'd know I knew you knew I know.
A blizzard combo deck requiring 2 cards, is a first and absurdity. I’ve never in my life seen a worse balanced expansion for any game. This expansion is full of toxic cards, toxic combos, and mind numbing losses. 19 reasons to run: 10 heal cards, 6 silence cards, and 14 taunts. The quests aren’t even close to balance across the 9 classes in power. I think I’ll just play play mech paly and spam more mechs then any class can handle then use a warrior quest that takes away life gain and puts a shit 4/3 on the board
WHOA! Calm down there, buddy. It's just a card game.
its a gangup that costs 2 more mana but allows you to set it up so you draw all the copies at once oh and you don't have to pay the mana for the card you copied but battle cries wont work, can be used to summon ra, leeroy, malygos, or mech'athun, or obelisk as mentioned.
dont know how good it'll be but it'll be alot of fun so i am happy
so how about this miracle rogue that aims to get the opponent down below 20 health than myras, mogu cultist, prep, shadow prep shadow for lethal next turn. oh you'd need another mogu cultist in hand and an empty board to make it work. so thats a 7 card combo miracle rogue can do that right? probably not.
Shuffle Rogue is fun, but it will never be a competetively viable deck, as long as Rogue doesn't have any great control tools. Now Rogue even lost Vanish, their only kind of boardclear.
Faldorei Strider was good because it at least put a 4/4 on the board immediately. This does absolutely nothing the turn it is played. So it's essentially Tempo Suicide for later value, which Rogue generally can't afford.
All in all: same thing as Academic Espionage.
it might have some kind of synergy with Myras. Hopefully there will be a deck that uses it, because it's flavor is really cool.

Why would anyone do this? You'd probaly just run a copy of the card and use it on a leeroy (zilliax is a good candidate as well) or something. Could go Leeroy > Shadow of Death Leeroy. Next turn either do an auctioneer play or just cast Sprint. Draw 18 damage worth of chargers plus damage from hand.
Roughly the same amount of value (plus 1 copy, minus 4/6 body)
Wayyy less tempo
Ultimately the upsides don't make up for the big downside of not doing anything the turn you play it. So it's still worse than Cube, but not so much worse that it's unplayable. The deathrattle legendary is good, so we will probably see deathrattle Rogue played, so we will probably see this card played.
This card is in no way comparable to Carnivorous Cube. Cube gives you a body with an instant effect, that often provided either tempo or increased the stickiness of your board. This card does absolutely nothing when played, and you have to have a minion good enough to shuffle to play it on. This means you're never playing this card on turn but probably much later when you can guarantee that you can target a high quality minion (Think 9-10 mana (possibly 7-8 with prep). The card will likely only see competitve play, if play at all, in miracle style decks, that a run a single copy of the card to help close the mid-lategame, through either damage through chargers (Leeroy) , a massive minion (opponent plays large minion), or a heal style minion (think zilliax).
Think of this as a weaker tempo Dire Frenzy on turn that can target anything that will grant you your tempo back when you draw the shadows.
It will find its place in combo decks but with the nerf to Preparation this card is slow, as Rogues don't want to be losing tempo and paying 4(2) mana to cast this.
I was disappointed to learn that this doesn't let pogo hoppers get their + stats upon being summoned by this card, and the next pogo after one is summoned from it just gets the regular bump in stats like the one before it should have.
You realize it doesnt destroy the targeted minion? It just shuffles copy-spells. This is nothing like entomb

A win more card for my wild N'Zoth Jade Rogue, will try it out for certain.

it serves a different purpose to fal'dorei.
combo will have a rough go at it with this card as it summons on draw so the variance on combo is very high.
Will look forward to see what people come up with this

Copies of minions never copy buffs or debuffs unless the card creating the copy says otherwise.
"Why, you never expected justice from a company, did you? They have neither a soul to lose nor a body to kick." -- Lady Saba Holland
dire frenzy. though that specifies that the copies get 3/3 on the card while this doesn't so it likely you are right

Always expect the unexpectable!
Might be a 1 of in Miracle decks and possibly Big Rogue. Other then that the card will be pretty useless. Playable but niche.

Terrific in Wild Big Rogue. Put this on Charged Devilsaur and you'll have lethal in no time.
The cost is a bit high though. That could limit play. We'll see how viable it is in practice. But the potential is there.
Don't see why preparation got nerfed, when we get shitty overcosted spells like this.
Probably a 3 mana Vanish was too OP :)))))

Ah well.
So does this copy stat buffs of the targeted minion?
And has anyone ever used this spell succesfully?
