Barnes this on 4. It dies then you res it and at the end of the turn it summons another copy. Insane buff for big priest in wild and hopefully it will finally prompt a Barnes nerf. I also believe the card text should read different friendly minion in order to not lot a stupid chain of ressurections to occur.

How is this in any shape or form worse than what happens with eternal servitude or res? Because of the mighty 6/8 fpr 4 additional mana?
The strength of big priest and the brokenness og barnes is certainly not on turn 8 but on turn 5 or 4.
People need to think and play the deck. I reckon this might not even be played in big priest...
Jeez, why does everyone hate resurrect priest? Although it’s sometimes annoying to play against, it’s an interesting and fun archetype ( in my opinion)
Wah wah, all I see is a bunch of people, probably playing the same huntard decks, complaining that priest isnt getting dumpster tier cards like usual.
If that is really what you think, I think you should take another look. People are mostly concerned about the wild implications, since Res Priest in wild has taken over and has been most people's complaints about the format for a while (mostly in the from of a Barnes nerf). This card directly buffs that deck, which is a completely valid concern.
Seems bad to compare it to old boy since kel’thuzad needs a board but can bring back many things and does it both turns this does end of YOUR turn and only 1 thing so your best bet is big taunts and the biggest taunt in priest atm is grave horror which doesn’t see play
They play midrange , aggro hunter kinda not fun decks and say a lot of fun. But they say big priest not fun. Cuz they know big priest will take our revenge reason for ruining our games these days and really destroy hunter decks from the root !

If it wasn't for Barnes I don't think most people would have a problem (unless they're complaining about it in standard too, then I guess it's just a sour taste hanging over from wild). Do I mind if I'm against big priest and their first minion comes from Shadow Essence? No, because then I only have to start dealing with resurrections on turn 6/7, which gives me time to act according to the situation without being wholly reliant of having drawn really well at the start.
Do I mind if it comes from Barnes on turn 3/4? Not if they cannot resurrect the big minion the next turn, but I just concede if they can.
It is not the mechanics or the game plan that I hate, its the fact that I too often have to deal with it at a stage in the game when there's virtually nothing that can be done about it other than to hope I have been even more lucky than they have been. That's a general truth of course, and partly why hyper-aggro gets so much hate.
The card loses a point for promoting a toxic deck (Big Priest) but even then, it will still be meta defining. I just think that this card will be used in general. It got a decent stat line and it will revive something. As of right now, Priest doesn't have anything to hold a board currently and losing Psychic Scream and Shadow Visions will definitely limit his ability to stay alive to completely rely on a playing selective big minions and combos. We'll see but there is no doubt that this card will be a solid card to have and/or use.
You can give your opponent small minions though by using cards like Muck Hunter and Saronite Taskmaster if you really hate it that much. Plus the spell they released that resurrects 3 minions is really expensive and the deck as a whole may be way too slow after the rotation.
idk i just don't think its worth getting worked up about something you can't, A, control and B, may well not happen
in wild obviously. Isn't the standard version called Resurrect priest and the wild just Big? In the standard version you have radiant elemental and lyra/zilliax, which don't fit with the name BIG.
Its not as good as it looks honestly, in wild it might be a problem sure. But in standard you playing nothing good (save maybe Witchwood Grizzly) until turn 8 to ensure you get a good rez is hopeful at best.

Your high is you think that Malygos and Mind Blast will be HOF'd especially when they're not even going to be that strong this expansion.

Psychic Scream, Shadow Visions, Eternal Servitude, Shadow Essence, Lesser Diamond Spellstone, Shadowreaper Anduin, Spirit Lash, Radiant Elemental, Lyra the Sunshard, Tar Creeper, The Lich King, and Master Oakheart are all rotating out but somehow, this buffs big priest.
ok.

8 mana, so I can play her and seance at same turn, seems balanced

It is a far worse card

I’m going to slot this into a Zerek deck for TRUE immortality.
Wild Big Priest getting a buff... Why Blizzard, why?
I'm not happy about Mass Resurrection, but this seems fine. If you are economical with your removal, it only ever ressurects one minion.
Now that I think about it, my real issue with standard ressurect priest was't with Eternal Servitude, Shadow Essence, or even Greater Diamond Spellstone, it was with Lyra the Sunshard and Shadow Visions. The amount of times I got cheated out of the game because of a third fourth or even fifth spellstone I can't even count.
This card is predictable. You know when it has been seanced. You know how many times it can potentially come back. I think it will be fine.
