People used to go through hoops for this effect in LOE, and now we get it as a battlecry? would say insane but control warlock's core is at kobolds and knights so we will see how viable it is
This is a good card because it has taunt, and Warlock will be lacking big taunts after rotation. If it didnt have taunt, this card would be bottom tier.
Its great in handlock as a value generator, but handlock needs healing and something that rewards you for taking damage and that is gonna be gone next expansion. So we will see, but I'm really liking the card, taunt is a big plus to the card.
Slamming a 7/8 taunt on turn 7 is definitely solid, the effect is either going to win or lose you the game on the spot, though. Fun card, but seems too memey to be actually good.
This definitely feels like a Zoo card. Good stats with taunt and turns your deck into a potentially better late game set up if you can't off your opponent early.
It lost a point from me because it is simply a Golden Monkey, which isn't new and the effect is the same as that minion. With that being said, the statline is nice and getting a lot of legendary minions could be powerful... but does it really belong to the Warlock? I don't really think so but who knows.
Great stats, awesome effect, but In this day and age, I wonder if destroying all synergy in your deck is worth it. Seems decent for a super slow control deck tho
Good card but unreliable. The 7/8 body with taunt is pretty good but the battlecry will give you lots of random stuff. Could be good, could be bad, could be whatever. It's probably mostly going to be used as a tech in certain decks. But it definitely looks like a fun card to play with.

Good point, for the same reasons Prince liam sees play in odd paladin or guldan saw play in zoo in kobolds.
Your deck is full of 1 cost cards, so if you lost all the value you can get on average better cards
I think, card is good, coz DKs rotated out, if no Jade idols shit in meta, it will be great card for super late game win condition, like in old Priest and War before Jade Idols and DKs. Only bad things - Mechac'thun, new super unfair late game wins and pretty awful legs pool, and i don't know, how it will be in Warlock, his hero power not so good for really grindy late game. PS oh, i think his Battlecry means, he stole monkey from Museum. PPS his art, on his hand, it's top of the Staff of Origination.
Lololololol
Please don't tell my girlfriend about my card collection...
We've definitely seen things like this before but this is a much better iteration. Also a warlock class card though, hmm.

Does this replace spells, weapons and hero cards, too?

Zoo tech. Burn it with fire.

You can put many tech cards in the deck with this card, all bad techs for the match will turn into random legendarys.
x2 Ooze, x1 4/6 destroy all secrets, x2 BGH, x2 Demon Project.

If you craft that golden you'll generate TONS of golden legendaries.
ofc, working like Golden Monkey
