Does Immortal Prelate count as a bad card? I love the way it makes your opponent slowly realise that, no matter what they do, they're going to lose eventually (unless they have silence/transform/shuffle effects).
Favorite bad card all-time is Bolf Ramshield, bar none. I almost feel like I know the guy now, identify with him. He's ME, just another hard-luck loser getting beat down by the OP netdecks and RNG bullshit of life. One day Bolf!, One day you'll WIN!
Ironically, I actually have had a great success rate with Emeriss, but that is because I play a dragon warrior deck that randomly generates him through Dragon Roar. With a control warrior shell and The Boomship, an Emeriss-buffed hand can get really hilarious (e.g. 8/24 rush Ysera or Primordial Drake).
I got to go for the least loved prince: Prince Valanar. Arguably one of the worse legendary in HS: average-stated minion with huge deck restriction...
it was really helpful in mill rogue a while back for healing and sustain (now there is Zilliax which is tremendously better and also some essential 4-drop)
I completely disagree with The marsh queen. I won many a games with it. I will suffer with a small bout of post partum depression when it is no longer a part of standard.
I would go for either Lorewalker Cho or Dollmaster Dorian, the latter really the only playable one
Lorewalker is not all that unplayable. Wowhobbs uses it to great effect for milling greedy conrtrtrol decks and ruining Mecha'thun combos. Doesn't work every game, but when it does, it creates some of the most whimsical matches I've seen. Together with Griftah, Drakarri trickster and King Mukkla,it really makes for some of the most creative mill decks in standard.

Unite the Murlocs
It's my absolute favorite quest and can lead to some fun play and decks but it's just awful.

There's heaps: Archbishop Benedictus, Don Han'Cho, Valeera the Hollow, Uther of the Ebon Blade, The Marsh Queen, Lakkari Sacrifice, The Last Kaleidosaur, The Runespear etc.
That'll do, Huffer. That'll do.

Wait... What? Uther of the Ebon Blade is not a bad card, dude, neither is Valeera the Hollow.
There are wayyyyyyyy worse legendaries .
Rotface every so often pulled some nice minions using him combined with warrior dk. Most the time he pulled an utter crap legendary.
Toki, Time-Tinker
I'm sorry for my bad english :D
Toki is still being played in Control Mage ,Mage loves generating cards and this one in particular can give you some really good meme Highlights
Ancestor's Call. Such a troll card lol.
Crushing Walls. Forget the haters. This is a good tech card, always happy to see it when I get it from Rhok'Delar or Lock and Load.
Weasel Tunneler, turns out it is not worth it even with augmented elekk and carnivorous cube unless you are priest.
Aviana and Tess
