For me this is an arena card. Some people mention it's a counter to token decks, but I would prefer a taunt over this. Though, this might see play after the rotation of Tar Creeper.
I have a feeling this is the sleeper of the set. Maybe not for this expansion but in future I can see this becoming a problem with more buff cards added to the game.
Good stats and 5 health is a lot for a 4 mana stealth minion. Typically stealth minions have low health as a downside so that your opponent could at least remove with most AoE or random damage effects, but this stealth minion is pretty much guaranteed to live a turn to set up with buffs and cheese your opponent.
This is a staple in buff priest and might actually put the deck over the top.
I want this card in my Oaken Summons deck , its so cool, very good against aggro, helps with spellstone triggers(3armor), because of the stealth you can make the trades. Its like made for exactly that reason. So for example you can run Grizzled GuardianAstral Tiger deck, so you can go infinite. These and Ironwood Golems are good defensive tools, meanhwhile they keep thinning your deck. Also you run Carnivorous Cube and if you against aggro, you can easily eat this and get a bunch of armor after 2 of these Half-Time Scavengers slaughter their tokens. Its just get you to the lategame naturally.
If not this deck type, but it will find its place. I am sure of it.

Token and zoo decks beware
Potentially very strong against aggresive decks, not sure if slot worthy however, maybe in a warrior deck who can put the armor gain in use.

Super good defensive option in the mid game for decks looking for it.
Wait, this has stealth for as long as you want, not just for one turn, AND starts at 5 health.
Crap, I had hoped to see inner fire priest slowly die somehow.
with that stealth strategy you only really need 1 turn you might as well use the Spirit of the Dead

like kibbler said, decent in buff decks. Gives defensive tempo against those annoying aggro decks.

Look like a combo piece for buff priest that's very hard to remove from the board AND not worthless against aggro.
Might also be decent in Quest Paladin, just buff it next turn and the Overkill is guaranteed to trigger.
This can become staple 4 drop in most of midrange/control decks, I'm nearly sure. Especially if we will have an aggro meta.
As for me I'm going to try this in prelate-even-control paladin right after the launch :)
