I guess you can use that card after drawing most of your deck thanks to warlock's hero power. You would destroy less cards from your decks than the opponent's one. Like if you have 8 cards left and the opponent has 14 cards left. Do the math :) and if you have the weapon on, that brings a demon on the board, you would at least have a minion on the board on top of this spell. Can be fun to try and play around with this card
If this card ends up seeing play, it could prompt an interesting change in combo decks. Combo decks would most likely still be played (because control warlock would only represent a small porcentage of matchups), but they would need to change their approach to the matchup.
I ladder, when facing warlock, they would have to make a really hard decision: do I mulligan vs aggro (looking for AoE) or vs control (looking for combo pieces). If they are wrong in either case, they would pretty much lose the game in the spot.
If this card ends up in tournament decks (because combo has always been popular in tournaments), combo players might want to put more card draw in their decks so that they can draw their combo pieces before turn 8 (assuming there's no Bloodbloom), which would overall make their decks worse vs aggro.
Too slow for what it is: a counter to combo and control decks. Also consider that Warlock already has other better options for that, like Demonic Project and Rin, the First Disciple. I don't think it'll ever see play.
If you draw bunch of cards before this card (e.g. hero power each turn), you will burn less cards from your deck. But I guess the kind of deck you want to play this against has bunch of draw anyways. This card is hard to evaluate. I would put this in 'Be Cautious' section.
This is literally 8 mana do nothing vs. Most non-combo decks. And control/even warlock is likely favoured vs combo already with 2 demonic projects and geist.
If this does not get additional support, it will not see play.
Developed Hearthstone player, have played and beaten highly skilled opponents on numerous occasions. Not that ambitious on ladder. Only play off of win streaks. Love theory more than meta.
I'm not quite sure this will be healthy to your deck.

somone already made the joke im asd
8 mana do nothing. As with all such cards, it always amazes me how people love to overhype them.

Too slow a lot of the time. If you want to destroy combo decks you can just play demonic project.
I hate it.

For what profit is it to a man, if he gains the world and loses his own soul?
Bloodbloom Mechathun Warlock in Wild.

You’re shitting me.
Bloodbloom and Void Contract are lit :D
2 Mana with Blood Bloom.
Why Warlock gets so many combo-destroying cards... : [
Thanos will be pushing hearthstone’s meta into a more rock-paper-scissors meta than now
36 % say this is metadefining. Wow.

Occasionally gives helpful advice.
Mechathun approves of this spell.
Ultimate combo deck killer.
Get ready for some...fatigue.

After 1 week, noone will run this card in any deck. Unless it gets some deck regrowth support. Demonic project is waaaay superior to this card.
Good luck wasting 2 deckslots(this+bloodbloom) against aggro/midrange.

Deck of Wonders approves.
I do what I must, when I must. Know this well.
Good grief, this is gross. And I like it. :)
