Premium stats so playable by itself. And with a treant (should not be hard with the new cards), the effect is so good, with most of the druid spells as we know are good, and some being even broken (Nourish, Branching Paths, Ultimate Infestation...)
So the problem is that this isn't actually a 2-drop, you won't have treant on turn 1 (unless a new card does this). Later on a 2/3 may become insignificant, meaning that this is more or less 2 mana to discover a spell. It's average at best.
Realistically, this can could be played turn 5 with Landscaping or turn 7 with Force of Nature. Which is too late for a Token deck as they usually want to end the game with Savage Roar at that point.
A slower deck, on the other hand, where random discovered spells might be handy, wouldn't want 2/2 tokens. So, the card seems to be playable at first glance, but it probably won't find a deck to call home.
So, I just saw this card, and I'm a little drunk, so I had to come post here. WTF is this? Druid obv needs another strong archetype, of which this card is like a building block. If a 2 mana 2/3 on curve wasn't good enough, it has to discover swipe or UI, or starfall or whatever... Another ridiculuos card for druid...
...and I say that owning Cenarius

I hope there's a 1 cost Treant card being printed that would let you curve into this one. Otherwise, using its effect would be awkward.

Arena experiences:
The play ability of this card is entirely dependent on if they print a 1 cost treant.
the worst one in three new "treant druid" card
cant play on curve, discover a spell also doesn't sound strong in druid
This card is great and may single handedly enable the token/treant (tokreant??) archetype they're pushing.
So do we have positive confirmation that treants are only the 2/2 guys? What about all the other obviously treant-esque minions?
Too bad it can't be played on curve, but it's good in Treant Druid. Good value.
This is a good card that is entirely dependent on a particular deck type being successful, so it's hard to rate right now.
Stats are good, but it cant be played on curve for effect (as of right now)
so its eh.
