The card isnt bad, but doesnt have a legendary vibe neither. Control Warrior may use it but a Midrange list with a good curve seems more appealing to this guy..
Note that Crowley gets the stats also during enemys Turn compared to Bogeymonster!!!!! Thats actually huuuuuge since enemy can only trade into this with minions bigger than 2/2!.
This card sould be a rare or an epic. It's far from legendary quality both design and powerlevel wise.
We get 2 legendarys for each class, ironically, 1 of them is most of the time just a rare or epic card with an orange gem and a 'Lore Character' portrait, nothing more, witch is kinda disappointing.
I don't think it's that bad, sure it doesn't look like the effect of a legendary, but assuming you kill something with 3 attack, it's basically as if you played a 5 mana 6/3 with battlecry: deal 4 damage. Which is fine honestly.
The difference is that Militia Commander only has the +3 attack for it's first turn, after that it is a 2/5 at best.
Whereas Darius Crowley gets to keep his buffs once he kills a minion. You can easily weaken the board prior to attacking with him, buff him with Woodcutter's Axe or protect him with a taunt that you played previously. Additionally, we haven't even seen the full set, there could be ample cards that support Rush/Darius. I wouldn't be so quick to judge a card, at least wait until the full set is revealed before trashing it.
Great now I know if this card is worth it or not. Good thing there's always ppl with access to unreleased cards so they test the cards first and tell us if its good or not.
Im glad that i can dust this card like i did when i packed Keleseth Voidlord Cube etc. Having the knowledge of the veterens advising us how to procede in dusting cards is what makes HS community superior.
I always watch Trump's reviews on cards and dust day one packed cards according to his sage like advice.
Darius Crowley is clearly not meant to be an extremely powerful tool to end games. It is just a useful tool. This guy doesn't lose attack after the first turn and if it goes well, it even grows, it is just a cool tool with the ability to become a sizeable threat on the correct conditions.
Besides, we have Grommash Hellscream, use that if you want a more powerful card with a similar ability, that being, getting stronger conditionally.
If it kills a minion with 3 attack, it is gonna act like a 5 mana 6/3, Battlecry deal 4 damage, which is comparable to a Blackwing Corruptor in power level.
It is situational, but if the situation hits it is a good card.
But the only thing that matters, is if there is going to be a deck that supports this card.

All the legendaries thus, with the exception of Emeriss and Dollmaster seem as though they should be rare or epic. On the one hand it's disappointing, on the other hand it means legendaries are less important or critical to include, which is helpful for f2p players.
Honestly yes, Grom is a far more powerful card, but Darius can be really strong situationally, and if you create a deck very intent on creating those situations, he can be quite good. It is not an extremely strong card like Grom, but it is also not trash like Boogeymonster was before it, simply because it has Rush, the ability to actually to something before it gets removed, which Boogeymonster didn't.
But then again, if there is a lot of direct removal in the meta it doesn't go that well, otherwise, how does something like a Murloc Paladin handle this card when your deck will usually have more Rush cards to support this guy?
imagine if this card was a neutral legendary? that's gg. And it seems as Warrior is the first deck I'm gonna try and make
He has potential especially with that new auto include 2 mana warrior weapon that can buff him. Just need to wait and see. We have no idea what the meta will look like outside of people playing cubelock.

Are you serious idiot. We know how to read its text.

i prefer handlock over zoo.
must be strong when a 5-mana legendary can't even clear a 3 mana tar creeper LOL
guess blizzard really wants to lower the powerlevel
did you already played him? Did you see the full spoiler? Are you a time traveler who saw if he was played or not?
stop whining, and wait for the meta to settle before making assumptions
P.D.- Hope you get 2 of them (golden and normal)

Complain about something actually bad please. Darius Crowley is fringe playable at worst and will likely see play in a tempo warrior style of deck.

It's just sad that it's so boring as a legendary.
Why u hav to be mad? is only card gaem.
This card mean to combo with the new 2 mana weapon.
And beside Lady of white and the Warlock AOE legendRies, Darius is not bad compare to the rest

Funny story - he's actually not.

It would be actually good and playable at 4/7.Now as it curently stands its utter garbage.
