Though I have mostly everything now after opening around 200 packs, I opened a golden copy of Dragon Soul. I'm thinking about experimenting with it or replacing it for either Aluneth or Zola the Gorgon as those are the only ''good ones'' I am missing. Any opinions are appreciated as always!
Seems like a very promising card although I did not experiment a whole bunch with it. You might want to check out this video though. Shows promise! :)

Zola is just a better brewmaster and has replaced stuff like Manic soulcaster in renomage. Admittedly though she seems to be much better in wild than standard at the present time!

I really like it, but not as an addition to a dragon deck. It has no synergy with dragons aside from Dragonfire Potion since dragon synergy is dependent on having a dragon in your hand. I use it in silence OTK priest with Lyra as it's not uncommon to play 3 spells in a turn with things like Power Word: Shield, Psionic Probe and Shadow Visions. It gives a bit of an alternate way to get bodies down when you get unlucky and get a fist full of spells. I have yet to have it Oozed.
I would even put it in a control deck, but I may also reconsider this, because in that type of deck you also run a lot of expensive spells and Lyra the Sunshard is more than enough there.
[edit] Nah, I wouldn't consider Zola being a think in standard (for now).
1) First off I think there are far better ways to get value out of something; 2) Mostly Raza priest would benefit from this; I can't think of another good battlecry/deathrattle minion, which will require a slow deck with this Youthful Brewmaster, except for Kazakus. Maybe I'm not trying hard enough, but I'm more than sure that only control decks would want Zola and there aren't that many present.
That's why I think, that if there would be time for her to shine, then it would be in April after the next rotation. That's my thought regarding standard - wild is a more unexplored place. You could find some interesting combos with her.
As for Aluneth - this weapon is also good. I just want to see however how the meta will turn out in a month from now. It's obvious, that because of the heavy card draw, you wouldn't risk milling yourself in a control or a combo deck. So I just want to see how strong the new secret tempo and burn mage will be. If you ask me, maybe the mage weapon might be only strong in this meta, but in the next one, if the tools for aggro mage are missing, then this weapon might also lose popularity. Just my thought.
Thanks for the ultra fast feedback guys! Awesome! I'll go ahead and do a bit of miracle priest experimentation or modify the current razakus to fit more draw and cheap spells to see if it its gonna work!

I definitely agree man, thank you for the response. I'll experiment with it for sure and plus it's the only one generating bodies, which are going to be golden too. So it's a win-win I guess.

Awesome! Yeah, I'm not sure what the initial wave of excitement regarding this in dragon priest was, it made no sense to me either. :D Off to experiment, I guess!
It seems inconsistent to me. Priest cannot fetch their weapon and even though priest can cycle fast, they will burn a lot of cards pulling the weapon from the bottom of their deck if and when it winds up there. The video linked above shows what can happen when the weapon is in your opening hand, but most of the legendary weapons seem powerful when in their ideal environment. I'm not sold on it yet, but I'm by no means a guru on the game so I'm probably not going to dust it if I open one.

Look at this thing and let me know what you think!
Maybe this is a win more card for thief priest? With all the steal card spells and the spells that you will steal combined you could generate some dragons at almost any point in the game... That's about it though I don't see it carrying a whole deck theme.

Played against a few varieties of decks with it. It's decent and fun, but weak compared to other priest decks. However at the rotation it'll probably do very well as good cards for it will stay and a lot of the other priest formats will be hit hard.

It more keeps the board stable for thief. It works nicely to get something on the board while you steal up the good cards.
To me the best fit seems to be a miracle lyra deck. It's an alt win condition to your giant OTK creature or its just some nice board presence while you assemble your pieces.
Built a whole deck around it, it works surprisingly well especially considering dragon soul has been in the last 10 cards of my deck for the past 2 days. If I get the weapon early this is free win.
It's one of the strongest cards in the set, if not the whole game, it was underrated because of weapon removal
The interesting thing is I've not seen ONE so far. But I do agree it's definitely a powerful card, I'm just surprised no one is using it.

Its been my most effective legendary so far. Does good work in raza priest, esp w coin
Yet to find a use for zola though

One day this game will stop existing. I can't wait.
May I quote myself?

Well you cant really build a deck around it because it's a one of, and it doesn't fit into any existing decks so I guess it's not that great now.
