My entry for the special Class comp : THE CHEF (Phase 2 - Basic set). Troll-themed expansion (186 cards), when I say 'troll' I mean literal, WoW trolls of course. A new basic card for each class. Trying to improve the basic set in terms of strength and diversity by giving each class a new basic card.
Jade druid has been figured out already, this card won't see play there, big druid on the other hand might slot 1 of these in for the early presence and more ramp. (and definitely after mire keeper and jade blossom rotate)

They asked me what my favorite card was, well obviously its awaken the cheese makers, which gives you Pamarasan, warden of Cheese. (I just love cheesy puns)
3/1 is surely better than 1/3. But I don't know whether that will be viable. Generally, it has a bigger body than Jade when played in the beginning, but will be much smaller in the endgame when the Jade Golems are big already. And it is a delayed ramp unless your opponent kills it on his turn. And that confuses me a little bit. On the one hand, you want it to die anyway to get the ramp. On the other hand, you want it to get value as a body as well and it can be killed by anything, even a ping.
I think this is not good enough, simply because it is a deleyed ramp if your opponent doesn't want to kill it and it is a bad lategame topdeck at which time it is even worse than a 3 drop (I am pretty certain it will not give you excess mana like Jade Blossom doesn't since you have an effect besides the ramp). Maybe playable when Jade Blossom and Mire Keeper rotate out.
Edit: Changed my opinion a bit. With recruit, this is a better pull than Mire keeper and ramp up more consistently. On the other hand, I don't know whether the body is good enough for recruit... damn, now I am really undecided...
Better Jade Blossom...Jade Blossom is 1-1 most of the time and this card is better for Big Druid anyways...BTW the fact that you can ramp so much UI will be a problem again that card negates the Innervate nerf cause you get to UI faster again WTF BLIZZ?
It's a slow jade blossom for a bit better body (unless ur running jade druid then it's much worse body). For instance with jade blossom you can play it on 3 and then nurish the next turn. You can't quite do that with this card but you can sac it on 4 and the next turn you can spreading plague.
This is clearly worse than Mire Keeper. A 3/3 is definitely more than 1 mana better than a 3/1 and mire keeper is a battle cry and this is a death rattle. That said Mire keeper is a staple in every non-aggro druid. If this card is almost as good it might just be good enough.
When jade blossom rotates out this will take it's place, might already be in every druid deck cause ramp is so good.
