That's the fucking dumbest card ever printed. Wtf are they thinking? It has exactly 0 counter play and no bad outcome. This makes Innervate look like shit. Hey, see that 4 drop I played on turn 4? Well, let's make it a 9 drop on turn 5. The fuck.

Tactic vs shaman isn't changing with either of the archetype they are trying to introduce or reinforce. Clear their board -> Win. Might push some stealth minions into garbage token decks.. Hope you didn't dust your Moroes, it's not the worst card in the world anymore.
Even if you clear their board, and they topdeck that card, a Shaman can summon a Totem, and roll the dice for the rest of the mana, possibly making it into something very big if he started with 10 mana!

I like, Turn one you play whatever one drop you want, turn two they play Millhouse (cause it's super good and everyone runs millhouse) then you play two more 1 one drops and evolve them all into 10 cost creatures
Obviously incredible in Evolve Shaman. It's just a question of whether Evolve Shaman is all that viable. It's only like a T3 deck these days.
This doesn't even need a dedicated deck to work in. You can literally turn any minion into a big threat (somewhat) of your choice - even a totem. There is no need to play a bad 5 drop to turn it into a 6 drop, when you can just turn a totem into a 6 drop out of thin air.
This is nuts in so many ways....another card to manipulate negative deathrattles like lurker...also insane combo potential. But RNG is strong in this one.
BUT Team 5 comon why didnt you make a keyword for this mechanic??????
This realy needs clarification directly on the card, and just make reuse of this mechanic way easier instead of impolementing a keyword later when there are more cards like this, this is realy awkward.
