I have always enjoyed totems in shaman so the more love the better. However, this will only be useful in wild. Thunderbluff was a powerful minion back in the day and now its got backup.
Obviously an unusable card. Unless we get a like, three mana spell that summons all four totems, there's just no way to reliably pull it off. So the cards basically a 5 mana 5/5 except during times when you're already winning so much that a bloodlust would win you the game outright.
I'm... Honestly a little bit surprised that so many people are even voting playable.

Have the four totems, this guy, 2 primal fusions, 1 rock biter, and 1 abusive sergeant.
Play him, then play all buffs on Windlord, go face.
3 + 4 + 4 + 3 + 2 x 2 = 32 damage.
Only requires 5 combo pieces, the rest can work on summoning the 4 totems and surviving. Can even add a secondary bloodlust win condition maybe.
One of the main problems with Shaman as a combo deck is that it has crap draw. I think Bloodlust will be necessary as a alternate win condition as a single taunt fucks up the OTK. I think this would be difficult to pull off but fun when it happens.
Seems bad. People try to keep Shaman boards clear due to Evolve and Flametongue Totem already. And the payoff is good, but not good enough. A free Al'Akir is nice, but in this meta doing 3 damage and having a 3/5 taunt with charge is... meh. You can get much more value by building an evolve deck, not a totem deck. Heck, you can make an argument that evolving 4 totems is better than Al'Akir, in which case you're better off just sticking to evolve shaman.
Cool flavor, nice idea, just won't be good enough.
Okay I did the math... with that new deathrattle card and 4 minions you have a 9.38% chance at rolling all 4 totems. When you have 5 minions that number jumps to 25.79%. With 6 minions it is now 43.37%. And finally with 7 minions it is 59.04%
The problem now is A) How do you get this many minions on the board? B) How do you kill them all at the same time? C) How do you create 2 empty board spaces to play this and summon Al'Akir?
Nice set of Totem synergy cards in a shaman meta, that has no totem synergy. So...this doesn't really fit the current shaman playstyle but could be experimented with...playable...but will not see much play as shaman is too RNG heavy. Shaman is basically only a fun deck currently, you can not get consistent (good) results with it.
Wish they would commit to get some shaman archetypes to work at a a time, now its been totems, jades, murlocs, freeze and again totems and none of those has been that good. To the card at hand, it will be definetly played in totem shaman decks but will those decks be played? Maybe, but I think they need more support than these 3 cards.
The card is extremely hard to proc tho. getting 4 different totems to stick for basicly a free 5/5 (instead of playing just al akir) is not that great nor plausible.
Al'Akir isn't even that great of a card on it's own and this is far more inconvenient than just summoning him from your hand. Has potential for a high burst with bloodlust assuming your totems are free to attack, but otherwise this is just way too slow. Shaman has many other options that are far better.
Maybe if there was a way to make totems immune for a turn or something? There needs to be a new totem card on the order of thunder bluff valiant to make totems good again.

Seriously the only cards that currently see play from clasic are Flametonge and Mana tide totem, and one Bloodlust, yet for some reason they nerfed hex because they want less clasic cards to be played and because mages cryed about it being better than polly.......can you please buff Lavaburst to 6 damage and a total cost of 4 mana like fireball please?

I voted meta-defining because I feel that this card will in fact define a whole new meta in Hearthstone. It's good early game, it's good late game, it baits out removal, it represents a win condition, and even then it is still a 5 mana 5/5 if anything else.

I think this card is a bit too situational. If it was 5/6 I'd rate it higher but as it is there's little reason not to play Scalebane instead.
This card as a standalone with this current and past expansion - meh.

Good for Arena, having all 4 up in Arena happens more often than you'd think and a 5 mana 5/5 isn't bad by itself.
