Ticking Abomination is good when played in a empty board, this one is terrible to play in any case, too much spell sinergy to give free coins for the opponent.
Surprisingly, there aren't many 4 drops with good raw stats. 5/6 is really powerful and the drawback is not only delayed but not too significant unless you're playing against something like a Miracle deck or Reno Priest. You really don't want to play this against Priest.
The Dragon Tag really isn't as significant as it first seems since most Dragon decks will be able to pull off a Twilight Drake with stats just as good or even better than this. We've seen a few cards now that summon minions that cost 4 or less from your deck so maybe decks that want to use those cards can also use this.

Seems aight. Very Hungry Dragon like
Using this in Mill Rogue for sure. Even comes back with N’Zoth!

Hungry Dragon 2.0
Probably a lot better than Ticking Abomination...

Seems not great. Two coins matter a lot. I wouldn't want to give my opponent an Innervate for only +1/+1 in stats.
Just a filler, next.
meh, way too risky
The real text of this card is: Give your opponent 2 extra Lyra spells/Anduin activations. Not worth it in any way.
It's only ok not insane but good in arena maybe?
better than a Hungry Dragon.
It's a nerf to Bone Drake.
Filler.

Better than hungry dragon, but still unplayable.

It's not exactly a 4 mana 7/7 is it? Maybe some kind of rattle mill deck would try it the memes? Not likely. Otherwise its just a risky arena card.
Treachery buff!

I like the card but i dont think its good.
Ticking Abomination is still bad on an empty board (your side) because your opponent lets it live for a turn and then your next turn is awkward.
A very solid pick an Arena.
