Turn 10, drop this card, then a Stonetusk Boar, the keep using charge until mana runs out. Or before running out, drop an Edwin. Or... goodness, Wolfrider cycle!
*FTFY:
Turn 10, drop this card, then a Stonetusk Boar, then keep using charge until you have two mana left (i.e. you have played it 5 times). Now play Preparation and then Crystal Core!
I don't think u understand that turn 10 is too late for the quest to finish in the current meta.
I don't think you understand that:
1. There is more to Hearthstone life than the ranked ladder. I could have been talking about casual.
2. We are not talking about the current meta, we are discussing the meta post-KNC. The current meta will no longer exist once the card in question has been released.
It's not one of the best Rogue legendaries, but compared to the rest released so far, it's pretty damn good. Maybe Shaku would outclass her and I doubt she will see play if Shadowcaster does not already see play, but maybe this is the better Shadowcaster. Shadowcaster can easily get back Vilespines or Ayas, but this can guarantee both if you throw them into enemy minions. It's not bad.

1. I whole heartedly agree. Though to many ladder is what they do, so I don't mind people seeing it through that lens. But folks please realize when someone is excited about a card it's probably because it's going to be used by them in whatever way they enjoy playing!
2. I mean we are talking about post KNC meta, even then, it is HIGHLY likely that turn 10 is far to late to complete rogue quest...for ladder. But again see your first point. Fuck ladder.
This card is super-exciting in my opinion. Certainly a huge "you must kill this" card, which is easy enough, given the stats. All you need is two good Deathrattle or Battlecry minions on the board and this is pretty great. As pointed out before, your opponent must have something on the board as well so you can crash your guys into it, trading for huge value, but that's not asking a lot.
Holy hell this is broken in Jade Rogue. So many Swarmers/Aya/Spirits. Then you throw in Cheat Death, Cube, Zola and this is just getting out of hand. I love it!

I didn't think to add cube, throw N'zoth into the mix and that is spicy.

Yeah I got pretty wrecked by a Jade Rogue with this exact thing.
Honestly I was more impressed than I was mad. ronburgundy.exe

That may have been me. At least I have been playing a lot of Jade rogue in casual the last few days and I do remember facing a Kaladin.
As to Sonya herself I have found her to be very skill testing and to require some non obvious actions. I have had turns that have started with a Jade Swarmer or Aya on the board, dropping Sonya, trading my jade deathrattle in, and then emptying my hand by using backstabs and jade shurkiens to activate and regenerate 1/1 copies.
Even more headache inducing is late games where you Valeera and can have a double drop Sonya turn(s). While it does allow for Dane style shenanigans, if you aren't careful, your opponent can fill your hand the next turn with a lot of 1/1 garbage if they go on a rampage killing everything you own that lacks a deathrattle or battlecry.
I got it in Quest Priest while having Anduin active, and used it to create multiple 1/1 copies of Plated Beetle, which ended up saving me and keeping me out of lethal range.

The scenario you mention is definitely niche. And yes, I realize how old this post is. Consider me a lurker, lol.
This card has definitely shaped up to be one of the most amazing things for rogue in a long time. Quest rogue players get wet playing this. When you have stonetusk boar, just keep running into enemy minions over and over until you finish your quest. Sonya + kobold illusionist leads to some funny shennanigans, especially in a Jade rogue deck.
I'm sure your opinion has probably shifted since release, but regardless, I think it's worth considering the potential highs AS WELL as the potential lows of this card
19 votes for Dust it...Haters gonna hate.
Her with 1/1 boar with charge

People really dont remember what rogue DK does.
Rogue DK > 2 of these
There are plenty of ways to bust this in wild at least.

Can't wait to see this in action.
