warlock is the strongest independently. +3/-3 is strong enough to make it worth 10 mana even if you only summon back a couple demons with the battlecry. combined with Raza, priest is arguably stronger, but on its own it falls a bit behind the strength of gul'dan IMO

Anduin is good in general, but probably not the best one without the Raza combo. Without Raza, he'll still be in the top 3, though I think.
Jaina is just flat out good. She's not the best one, but she's definitely a contender. On par with Gul'dan IMO.
Gul'dan is probably the flat out best one, though. The battlecry is really what puts him over the top. Gul'dan can literally end the game and clear the board entirely on his own. The battlecry isn't even really necessary.
Valeera is probably, maybe the worst one. She stalls your opponent for a turn but is really dependent on the cards in your hand to make anything happen.
Malfurion is actually another contender for the best one. He's so cheap for what he does, you can ramp up to play him really easily. He's great for pressuring your opponent with his hero power, he's great at healing himself.
Rexxar is good too. I think Hunter lacks the tools to really support him. The value he generates is insane, but Rexxar lacks the protection to keep himself healthy and to clear the board while generating beasts to play. I think he'll only get better as they add tools to support him, though.
I have so little experience with Thrall and I feel like he's one of the less impactful ones. He's really specific and he requires a board. His hero power is also very weak.
Uther is good. I have no experience with him either, but he seems good. He's sort of like Gul'dan in that he can stall a game out but he isn't as good of a win condition (the hero power is incredibly shaky).
Garrosh is also a contender for the worst one. Shadowmourne is neat but this is about the third hero power a warrior can potentially have and I think it's the worst one by far. I guess they didn't want it to be too good, so you could build your deck with this AND the quest.
So yeah, I agree that Gul'dan is the best on it's own (Jaina being a close second) with Anduin being the best overall.

Gul'dan I feel will rein as king once Razza cycles out in January.
April? What a weird shift time. I mean only 4 more months of Razza carrying Anduin.
for now anduin. once the rotation will hit, probably uther and guldan.
valeera can go crazy at any time once they release a more synergistic card for her which will most likely happen.
