Exactly. Your decisions just don't really matter. Watch them have cards or not. Even Freeze Mage, the king of "fun and interactive", had more meaningful counter play decisions even when it was at its strongest. Even good ol' Dog was tilted against it recently and said there's just not really anything you can change in a deck to improve the match-up in a meaningful way, you have to play a completely different deck. That sounds like...pre-nerf Quest Rogue.
Ill play against 5 PW over one Raza priest at least it was fun killing PW. And if you lose well at least he didn't waist my time. Also some games i would think about how i could have played it better.
By the time you kill Raza priest your so frustrated since he needlessly stalled the game it drained all the fun out off the game and winning by that time it feel so hollow i start to feel "just die already you cant win"(it doesn't help you get roped almost every turn). And the times it is easy to win because they drew bad also doesnt feel good since you know it wasn't you that beat them it was the deck that beat itself.
I think the main problem with HS that after losing an long game you get nothing and the feeling sets in that you just wasted 30 min of your live. losing to Raza priest is extra bad because it kills you so slow watching the animations as it slowly drains your soul as the realization slowly kick in you might not win this wile, their enjoy playing HS i have to watch them.
As to how to nerf just make raza cost 1 mana instead of 2. I cant see how people think its fair to get an extra 30-40 mana in an game. its almost like jade idol giving you 1 mana 5/5 giving you 4 mana or 1 mana 10/10 giving you 9 mana for free
1. Raza set your current hero power to 0 (so changing the HP will reset the cost) - this could be done without nerf, just by changing how cards work like the Naga Sea Witch change
or
2. Change Anduin to "casting spell refreshes your hero power and sets its cost to 2"
Yeah, I dunno if I can agree with a nerf to Raza. I'm an OTK combo man, and I haven't had more fun with a deck in Hearthstone than with Kripp's Chansey Priest. I still run that deck in Wild. I'd be all for a change to Voidform tho. The cost increase upon refreshing, as mentioned by Varron2, seems reasonable.
I think reducing DK damage to (1) or voidform cost (1) should balance it out
I think a balanced form of the DK would be 8 mana "Battlecry: Destroy all minions with 5 or more attack" and you gain 5 armor. The new hero power would deal 2 damage and refresh whenever you play a card.

How bout a 4/7 for 6 that reads whenever your opponent uses their hero power the cost of their next hero power increases by 2. Hard to remove for priest at that point. Or perhaps a card that has an effect that says, "Until the end of your next turn when a player uses a hero power they take 5 damage".
Edit: Not that I think we need anything necessarily to specifically counter Anduin. I would much prefer cards that naturally empower deck types that also naturally counter anduin. Well that isn't entirely true since the biggest type of deck of that sort is aggro and I hate aggro.

That is actually pretty insane, and only makes sense in the context of cards that change or refresh a hero power. It shouldn't be that specific or that strong.

This, again this. Funny enough Jade druid is STILL a pretty good deck against Razakus. If Razakus was really as oppressive as everyone is making it seem then druid would still dominate the meta.

I've said this before as a machine gun priest player, a fair way is to nerf Raza to change the hero power to (1) instead of 0.
Honestly, it is a bit OP at the moment. Only quest mage hard counters priest right now.

Reasonable changes would be:
