I don't see how people are saying this is a bad card. It has a lot of versatility. It can be used to kill a low health enemy minion or you can use it on a 3 or more health minion of your own to kill an enemy taunt minion. I think its actually quite good for a removal tool which hunter is kind of lacking at the moment.
Nice, an arcane shot that cost 1 extra mana and buffs the minion you used it on. Truly this is what hunters needed. Can't wait to deal 2 damage to my minions just so that I can trade them in. 2 for 1 value!
What i'm suppose to do with this card? shoot my minion with this and run it into a big enemy minion? hunter's mark does it for cheaper.
It doubles as early and late game removal. Very flexible. Not sure if it's good, but That's the idea.Hunters mark is strictly worse against early game.
Interesting card to say the least. In a different class it might see some experimentation, but in hunter I think it just won't make the cut, as most hunter decks just want to play stuff and kill the opponent. I mean, hunter already has access to other removal cards that barely see play.
Depends. If your new hunter deck is low on tokens, you won't want to run hunters mark. You'd use this for tempo and late game clears of the incomming waves of shaman taunts.
A versatile card, which could mean It finds a spot on my wild RenoHunter. The class has gained a lot of controlish tools last two expansions, including the new DeathKnight which is a super lategame/infinite value card, and the 2/2 which discovers a minion (Reno!) from your deck.
My current list is bellow, and I hope this expansion will make it stronger. This card might make the cut:

wut? dust.
Trying to do two things at once, very confusing card. Doesn't really fit in hunter, either. Won't see play probably.

Even at 1 mana it would be bad.

A... worse Arcane Shot?

Why is this epic? Who is in charge of the rarity decision making?
Won't get a slot in decks over Hunter's Mark
so either kill a early game minion or use a midrange minion to kill a late game minion... seems like a solid card very good

In arena it's alright though(not great).
At first I thought about Exploding Bloatbat 6-mana boardclear, but there is condition "if it survives"...
Not that bad, any 3 health minion and this card can take out the strongest minions in the game.

Dust does not burn a hole in the jar. Be careful what you craft, especially before and right after a rotation.
We are witnessing Bestial Wrath level of uselessness

If wild pyromancer just had 1 more hp...
