This card would be AWESOME as neutral, as a Shaman only, it pretty much will see little play...
Untrue, my shit freeze deck will run the hell out of this. AND SO WILL EVERYONE ELSES!!!11!!1!1!1 On a serious note why 11 mana :( Lets see, we have Glacial Shardx2, Frost Shock x2, Cryostasis x2, Frost Elemental x2 and the freezing minion shamans now get x2. That is all right? So this will cost only one mana if I draw all 10 of those cards and assume that each minion gets at least one freeze off a piece...Yeah, sounds real good :(
Just to note why this sucks in comparison to Arcane Giants for example. Many spells actually generate more spells or allow you to draw into more spells which allow you further reduce the cost of arcane giant. Freezing stuff doesn't do this. Further more in a class that isn't known for good draw, I just don't know how this can be good.

Mike Donais said we won't see mass freeze for shaman. They're sticking with good single-target freezes.
Frankly I'm excited for this card. I hope it'll play similar to handlock, which used many taunts for stall and crushes the opponent with enormous minions later in the game. This card could be the new Mountain Giant for this archetype, Frozen Crusher could be Molten. The freezes would be analogous to the taunts used for stall in handlock.
Or maybe I'm mischaracterizing Handlock, I'll admit I was really only there for the end of the handlock era.
Seems pretty bad. Assuming you run 2 brrloc, 2 glacial shard, 2 cryostasis and 2 voodoo hexxer I could see you freezing about 10 or 11 things throughout the match to make this free. However, it takes much more time to work this down to a playable mana cost than something like arcane giant which often enough gets coined out on turn 6 or so. If you draw this prior to turn 8 or 9 it's probably just a dead card because you haven't drawn enough freeze effects to reduce it by enough mana. Besides, does shaman really want 1 big minion on the board?
