yeah, overload(3) is really huge it's a really good card against pure aggro though (in my opinion Drakkari Defender is more like a tech card) But since (as for now) in KFT there won't be much aggro, I don't expect this card to see much play.
This can be compared to Spirit Wolves. Both 3 mana cards with taunt. This is very AOE resilient and has 2 more health. On turn 4 you cannot hero power which you can with Spirit Wolves. Is 1 more overload worth the 2 health?
the overload of three is really heavy and makes this hard to play. it reminds a bit of Feral Spirit, but this one has its stats not distributed over two minions and is therefore stronger against aoe and has bigger synergy with stuff like Ancestral Spirit. It feels a bit like a Stonehill Defender nerf. can be nice in arena i guess, but the high overload doesn't make this a viable choice for constructed i think.

You should consider you aren't gonna play it in an aggro deck for example, where you have a really neat curve and in case you don't have it you loose that tempo and concede. In a control deck is a really good option in order to stop pirates and all that stuff.
Think about Deathlord. Same stats, it could be that the minion summoned costs more than 3 mana but it was widely played as stopped aggro.
And this minion, if played on turn 3 for example, let the turn 5 free in which you could play Volcano for making pressure,or mr 4 mana 7/7, the new taunt minion etc.
Insane tech card against aggro or really good include in control shaman. Very good/Meta defining
