Hearthstone needs dual-targeting instead of a senseless new mechanic each expansion. It would open up so many possibilities if you weren't just limited to one target / effect. For example, cards like these wouldn't have to be random.
It's indeed a worse Deadly Shot. However, Warlock plays much more minions, so killing one of your own is not deadly for yourself. Especially with all the 1/1 you can summon.
This "fact" needs to die off. The times where warlock had readily access to tokens is LONG gone. You only have Forbidden Ritual, which no one plays and Possessed Villager as cards that produce a token. THAT'S IT.
As for the card itself is very clunky and VERY bad if you are behind without board. Even if you are ahead, Blastcrystal Potion is much better, even if it costs 1 mana more. With that downside, it should have cost 2. That would have been a fair price.
Blastcrystal Potion is basically Assassinate. This requires some setup, it's definitely not for Renolock, but also not for Zoo. I don't know what it is for.
That is a card for a warlock deck that can dispense of some creatures. token/egg. But it is like with Sanguine Reveler , it needs more support from creatures you actually like to destroy or at least don't care.
It would have been much better, if you could pick enemy minion. Or i dunno, reverse the effect, i.e. pick an enemy minion, destroy your random minion as a sacrifice.
I think people are underestimating this card. As a class that can play control you can very easily minimize the randomness involved (differently to Deadly Shot, where sometimes even a 1/1 hiding behind a huge taunt can represent a big problem for the Hunter) and you probably often have a few disposable minions to play this with (both in Zoo and in Control). Think about what happens after you play Nether Portal. You get two imps to sacrifice and since you never run out of them, sacrificing a 3/2 for a huge minion on your opponent's side of the board can be very good tempo-wise. On top of that you can play this with 1/1s, Mistress of Mixtures (and in general a lot of other 1 drops), any eggs you may run etc.
Just bad. Blastcrystal Potion is better for control. Zoo barely needs this card too
Why it cost 3 mana or why it random?..
Oooooh, i missed the random part. Horrible :D
The 1st step towards a better game is firing Mike Donais! We had enough of his "skillful" balances!

You should add a "Warlock card" option in the poll, just below the "Dust it!" one.
Custom cards :
CLASSES : Alchemist (CCC#5 | Phase V) | Chef (CCC#4)
EXPANSIONS : Year of the Scorpion (Year Comp)
Some garbage spells for warlock as is tradition.
Release the Kraken!

i have a feeling the new warlock DK gets buffed for each minion you sacrifice. there's gotta be a reason for all this synergy

Gorge you hatred, embrace your rage.
It might be real cool for arena, yes. And the guy on the last page has a point, not bad for eggs and such, we'll see.
would this be good if we got a 'clutchmother zavas' but instead of discard it gained 2/2 each time it was sacrificed

Extra Edit: I see some potential synergy with Fire Fly and Igneous Elemental in discard based Warlock decks, since the Flame Elemental is an excellent discard target and also an excellent Unwilling Sacrifice target.
11/10 for flavour.
now for the bad, we already have blastcrystal potion, so it might be superfluous, and killing a friendly minion means this needs fuel.
of course, this is ideal if you want to destroy your own minions (such as tough minions with powerful deathrattles).
Unwilling Sacrifice? Well I'm surely unwilling to play this.
