Mage will be the biggest problem for this minion, especially with Polymorph. Silence will leave this a big vanilla minion at best, but otherwise it will hard counter small boards with big minions, and especially Deathwing plays.
A big late-game stall that I'd like to see played.

It's ok against control, but it's in that notorious 9 mana slot. Ysera is in that slot, and even it has not been played much recently. This will come out too late most of the time against aggro.
you would definitely rather run this than Ysera in a control deck.

Life before death. Strength before weakness. Journey before destination.
Also, jesus. Stonehill Defender... with the discover bonus. And N'zoth and resurrect... what the fuck. you can see this card 4-8 times in a single game.
Hopefully you can cheat it out with Barnes and then ressurect it with Eternal Servitude, a nice little combo. The Taunt + Lifesteal combo on it is really good if you can survive to turn 9 against aggro.... Would have loved it if some of the other cards could have helped with that instead of all those meme spells.
This is easily the most powerful card in Hearthstone. Maybe not the best, because it costs 9 mana, but I dont think another single card has this much power. Should see play, since priest already runs slower cards than this. By far the most disgusting barnes target in the game since it can be followed up with the new res spell
It's not even that good to brawl against. If they win they still loose and you have far more ways of just producing another of these guys. Just a small and interesting interaction.
Class cards have a higher chance to be discovered, right? So you'll almost always geht this from Free From Ember because there aren't any other 8+ cost priest mininions.
You'll almost always get this from Stonehill Defender too.

This card is going to be played if for no other reason it enables Corpse Taker with Taunt and Life Steal and N'Zoth with Deathrattle, the card may be slightly under powered in and of itself but N'zoth recurring this is no practical joke.
well, quest priests issue was that people could get through totollan like it was a joke. now when n'zoth resus 2 of these you're probably going to win.
9 mana?! Can Priest get something to deal with aggro before turn 6 or without needing a combo of 2 cards?
Don't misunderstood me: this is really good card against control but it's just the 1000th card that the class have to deal with that kind of archetype, while on the other hand is struggling against fast and aggressive decks since forever. But they keep printing late game tools (and most of them are just plain bad).
This card might be too slow, but if N'zoth Priest ends up being viable, I'm sure this card will show up in most lists.
Insane in Arena.
slow, but really strong. Rez support and Nzoth will probably make it good enough to see play in control decks

Free From Amber, Eternal Servitude, Barnes, Corpse Raiser, Awaken the Makers, N'Zoth, the Corruptor. The possibilities with this guy are through the roof. In a mana slot flush with powerful minions, Obsidian Statue stands tall.
Now THIS is a Priest card I like.
I mean... This heals for atleast 4. And shields for atleast 8.
Thats pretty good.
I want a new title, but Flux won't let me have one,

At last it's awsome for the Quest and N'zoth.
For what profit is it to a man, if he gains the world and loses his own soul?
Finally some minion for corpsetaker in priest decks to get value.
Do it or do not , there is no try...
Well this fits the new theme of more must have or get rekt epics (while the legendaries have been reined in).
The funny part is that, Priest will be the class having more problems to deal with it. Its very effective against them.
My magic will tear you apart!
If this heals for 8 at averag, destroys and can be resurrected, is the quest really needed? Looks solid anyways.
