Yes, you get lifesteal also, but you need to have elementals on the board already or you need to wait next turn. 8 mana would be ok i think, then you could fit a ping and maybe get a second water elemental.
I don't think this card is good as it looks at first glance. You have to spend entire turn just to play it. And next turn it becomes useful. Unlike Jarraxus who gives you a 3/8 weapon that is usable right away. Hero power has same drawback. This is worse. This card wont see any play, because of agroo decks. They will just eat up this card for dinner. 5 armor is definetly not enough to stabilize the game.
What's with the sudden spike of positivity? This is still an extremely slow card with bad art and a hero power that you can't use until the following turn. The only difference is that it's confirmed and now we know what your hero power will change to.
But this meta is going to lean towards Jade Druid and Dead Man's Hand Warrior
Are you for real? Dead Man's Hand is exactly what is name says... a dead card. It'll be useless in every game that doesn't go into fatigue, you can't seriously believe it'll be playable.
I believe the point isn't as much to go into fatigue, but rather to get restocks on cards you only have one copy of in your deck.
If it was in game right now, this card would be a better card than Jaraxxus in my honest opinion. The minions you get from hero power is more or less the same value, and since you are a Mage you can probably find a way to activate the summon by adjusting enemy minions health by using your spells or minions to damage it first. Maybe you would even run a few 1-hp minions of your own to trigger this like Loot Hoarder or such.

Seems like a pretty decent card. It's no jaraxxus, but I feel like this card is good enough to see play with how strong mage is anyway.

Fuck, as I said previously, the corrupted Jaina's art was already ugly enough to make an even uglier version.
Also, the hero is slow as shit, it might work as Elemental deck, but not betting for it.
