The name is definitely not Fluffy Fiery Warrior. Activated Berserker is a translation on the name.
I like "Fluffy Fiery Warrior" a lot better than "Activated Berserker". As for the card, the effect is a cool idea, but there's no reason to play this over Whirlwind as it does basically the same thing and also damages enemy minions.

You could drop this with Gromash late-game. Generally for Warrior you don't want dead late-game draws due to limited late-game draw that the class has access to. You really wouldn't throwSudden Genesis or Blood Warriors in your deck because of this either, those are just super dead cards most of the time and are never real answers to anything, hence their unplayability.
Not sure why you'd play this tho instead of just a generic AoE effect that also kills off enemy minions.
I agree. I'll give Blizz a bit of credit. It's an interesting mechanic and a pretty unique one for a 1 drop. However, unique does not equate to useful. Like Zukuu said, not sure why you'd ever play this minion over the abundance of other activator options available to warriors.
Because 1. This costs one mana. One mana cards are easy to slot into pretty much any turn where you would otherwise be floating one mana. If it was two, you could always heropower instead. Reason 2. This is a proactive play. You can play this on an empty board, even turn one you can't do the same with whirlwind and Ghoul either, for obvious reasons. Sure, yes, Ravaging Ghoul is superior because it also damages your opponents minions but then again, this card isn't looking to be a small aoe but a combo enabler that can be played proactively.
Whether it will have enough cards that are relevant for such synergies or whether such a deck wouldn't just be outclassed by Quest Warrior is another thing entirely. But this card definitely offers an advantage over Whirlwind as an activator, while obviously losing out as an AoE clear.
Though so far my brain can't think of a reason why to like it... but I want to... good card if you want something that the opponent is happy to leave up and just... let you do you... and so forth.
I guess.
Though yeah they'll probably kill it assuming you have synergies.

I dunno guys. Patron Warrior has waaay better combo activating options, and an aggressive Tempo Warrior would only want to hit Amani Berserker on turn 2. So it's a 1 mana 1/3 that you don't play on turn 1 and isn't good as a combo tool.
Ehhhhhh, I'm not sold on this one. Somebody convince me. I see potential, but I can't think of anything.
Armorsmith and Acolyte of Pain say hello. Aggro decks say hello. Why would you refuse to play this on turn 1 ?
And it's a better friendly combo enabler than Whirlwind / Ravaging Ghoul / Blood Razor, while those are better to clear the opponent's board. They complement each other very well.
Why do aggro decks say hello? This card is not really that good against them. Also, getting 1 extra armor from an armorsmith is hardly anything. It works great for acolyte, but that's not enough to run it.
As a player that has played probably more tempo warrior than any other deck in the ungoro meta. This card is probably not playable unless more ping targets are released.
Only ping targets currently for tempo warrior are bloodhoof brave and grom. Other cards don't want 1 damage when summoned.
Acolyte of pain probably doesn't belong in the same deck as this card. As blood rage provides better card draw.

Sure, but what deck does this fit in? The only thing I can think of is a tempo warrior. Hitting Armorsmith with this isn't even good, you're just trading 1 health on Armorsmith for 1 armor. It does nothing. Acolyte of Pain is the sole reason to play this. The only minions it trades with are 1 health pirates. It's terrible against any other form of aggro (aggro druid, murloc paladin, token shaman).
Whirlwind clears the opponent's weak creatures, accomplishes the same thing this card accomplishes, can hit multiple good friendly targets, AND activates Execute. I think even Blood To Ichor is better than this card because it has the flexibility of hitting enemy minions.
Needless to say, I'm not convinced and I think this card is terrible :P
I have to largely disagree with this being a reliable 'proactive' enabler. True, it can be viewed as one, but it's a weak 1 drop. Most players cannot reliably play this and expect it to survive for future turn activations. So while it technically can fill that role, it's not likely to.
It'd be like playing Northshire Cleric on an empty board and calling it proactive card draw. It's not likely to work out too often. Northshire Cleric is best played when she can be utilized immediately. I see no reason to think that this card should be viewed any differently. IE: You wouldn't be playing this minion unless you had an immediate activation. And, if that's going to be how this card is best utilized, then I reiterate, I don't see any good reason why a warrior would play it and use up one of their valued 30 cards to slot this guy in over the many other viable activation options.
The only reason I can come up with, and it's too early to tell if it's a good one or not, is when you only want to damage your side of the board without damaging your opponent's side. Maybe your opponent has their own Acolyte of Pain or other activators on board you don't wish to trigger. In that regard, this card is quite unique in it's function. However, that scenario is quite niche and I don't see it being necessary in any upcoming meta, though it is possible.

First of all this is 1/3 minion with ongoing effect. You don't need weaken your deck and empty your hand with Whirlwind or Blood To Ichor for enrage/acolyte effects now.
I'm absolutely sure this card will be staple for any tempo-warrior deck next expansion.

Okay, so you see a card with defensive stats and an effect that trades tempo for value, and you think "tempo warrior".... right. I'm out, lol.
Please don't be rude and dismissive. You addressed nothing I had to say, you merely just insulted my (and others', I noticed) intelligence and it's pissing me off.
The only card you actually generate "value" off of is Acolyte of Pain. Pinging Armorsmith by herself isn't how you play her. You use AOE to gain large amounts of armor at a time OR you drop her on two and use her AND a clear effect to kill some 1 drops and 2 drops.
This card might find a home in that deck, but I still hold the opinion that Blood To Ichor is better because it is more flexible, a 2/2 trades for more than a 1/3, and you don't really need the persistent effect of this card.

As I've suggested on others' comments, isn't Blood To Ichor just a better card? It's more flexible because it can hit enemies, and a 2/2 can trade for 2-drops, a 1/3 cannot. Against pirates the 1/3 is better, but that's it.

So if you play this card with King Mosh, King Mosh will kill himself. Synergy?

Card need some more good Enrage minions to see any play.

1 attack kills Alleycat, Jeweled Macaw, Kindly Grandmother, Patches the Pirate, N'Zoth's First Mate, Southsea Deckhand, Grimscale Chum, Searing Totem and the Primalfin tokens created by Primalfin Totem. It's pretty decent.
this would be busted as a neutral lol.
Hi i'm Tyler and I play hearthstone and watch anime.
Sometimes i make cards. I'd like to do that for a career one day if ever possible.
