That's good. They're trying to make a slower more control version of Hunter work and Deathrattle Hunter is a good deck to do it with. Plus you have cards to trigger your deathrattle effects and you have big ole N'zoth for late game.
Hunters have no reason to play a slow deck right now. They don't have the card draw, removal, or the sustain to play a control deck. We see Hunter getting these big slow value cards every expansion and they never see play. Control Hunter doesn't need more slow minions. The deck needs some support tools.
Yea, right now a slower, more control oriented Hunter list isn't going to work because right now we don't have any of the cards from the new expansion. You're supposed to be thinking about future metas, not the one we're currently in.
I would love this in a secret deck that runs only Highmanes. The problem is, unless you curve it perfectly and control the sequencing of minion kills, 2/3 times this deathrattle pulls the Highmane's hyenas, not the Highmane itself. The real idea here may be to play this very late game, after several insane build-a-beasts have come and gone.
Though that new Sharkbear or whatever would be a decent pull, too.
With two of these and N'Zoth, you are potentially summoning six Highmanes (8 are technically in the pool, but ya know...board space). That would be pretty sick.

Life before death. Strength before weakness. Journey before destination.
It's really tough to release more control style cards for Hunter with NO HEAL!!! Hunter has no AoE only bad early game minions, so chances are pretty good that this will bring back a kitten and not a Highmane. More cards are going to be revealed, but I'm not really that optimistic.
Bad, 1) its slow and 2) most beasts that would be summoned by the deathrattle would suck on turn 8+. Crackling RazormawAlleycatJeweled Macaw for example get their strength from their battlecry abilities. at best its a 10% chance to get a Savannah Highmane but that is not worth how slow the card is.
To let you understand what I'm saying there was 5 mana 3 3 that would put a random beast on board as battlecry . (a random beast is usually better that what you play in hunter, because what you play are tons of small beasts to contest early board .) Anyway , that card was terrible and this is like 100 times worse ...
Judging this card against the best 6-drop in the game is kind of unfair. It's a 7 drop; it shouldn't be judged by that metric.
That being said, it's a fine card for Hunter's that want to go slower. The only really bad outcome is a 1 drop or a token, and it curves into Giant Sand Worm and Call of the Wild, if you're up for that.
Definitely arena card, but hopefully hunter gets additional support for true midrange / control. If this could work in an N'Zoth deck, I'd be stoked. Only downsides are the likelihood of summoning an Alleycat or Jeweled Macaw, or the meta just sticking to trash hyper-aggro decks (may pirate warrior rot in hell... or just wild).

If you compare this to a highmane, it has a similer budy for the cost, which means it needs to get a 4-4 to be roughly on par with highmane. With the amount of early game hunter requiers, and the amount of 1-1 tokens, thats not gonna happen most of the time. Besides, Im not sure mid-hunter can run a slow 7 drop. Im not saying this card is bad, just not good enough. If control hunter becomes a thing though, this guy will definetely be included, although thats not the card which can push the archetype into viability.
Pretty sweet for arena, if you manage to draft just a few beast. (Which happens 90% of the time.
1. Hunter without beasts run Deathstalker Rexxar card -> The zombeasts would be quite strong 2. Hunter with only very few high impact beasts (which don't have deathrattles which spawn shitty beasts by themselves) -> would need a lot more strong additions in this expansion. Maybe they print a 8 mana 8/8 beast "deathrattle: Summon Abomination Archer" ;)

The amazing thing about Hearthstone is, you actually control what goes into your deck.

The way I see it is you'd build a Hunter deck with early drops that aren't beasts like Argent Squire, Fire Fly, Secretkeeper, etc. You could play Kindly Grandmother (you'd want that to come back), Scavenging Hyena, Rat Pack and a bunch of secrets with Savannah Highmane and Abomination Archer bringing up the rear. Oh yea, I forgot about Professor Putricide and N'Zoth, the Corruptor as well. Seems pretty good at first blush! I will want to play around with this some more.
Terlow, thanks....I forgot about Deathstalker Rexxar as well!

Should have been a Druid card.
It's neat off Barnes, and that's about the best thing I can say at the moment.
Summon random Huffer that died this game. SMOrc
Decent but 7 mana so probably too expensive

Stomp it down for you?
Shake the plastic bag
and do the twisty thingy, too?
If it can summon beast from new hero power than it's cool, but it probably will summon just original beast.
It can bring back your zombeast too

Must include in Midrange Hunter. Even if it brings back a 1/1, it's still not bad. It's average value.

Rubbish name if translation is correct.
So most likely a N'zoth hunter with strong beast bodies.
Hunter has too many beast token spowners to make this card playable
7 mana 6\7 summon a 1\1 passes the vanilla test, but isn't competitive
