Seems powerful but as a druid legendary? Seems like it was slotted for the wrong class. Don't get me wrong, druids have always had strong taunts but that hasn't really been a focus for the class in quite some time.
I'm going to vote very good. Any card that summons a crap ton of minions on the board has historically been proven and this follows that line of power quite nicely.
Edit: I'm changing my vote from Very Good to Playable. I misread it initially and thought that the effect was a Battlecry. As a Deathrattle, I feel this card may actually be too slow for the cost of 9 mana and also opens it up to counters such as Polymorph, Hex and depending on how the meta is shaped, silence.

I'm not sure how this will play out, but if this works into Jade Druid at all, the next meta is gonna suck with the glut of N'Zoth Jade Druids incoming.
Thankfully, this is a deathrattle and 9-cost, so it might be too slow to matter, depending on what druid gets in the rest of the expansion.

Rage quitting: the best way to ensure your opponent knows they beat a giant baby.
N'Zoth 2.0 except with a better effect, but way worse play turn. If this would have taunt (without self-resurrection of course), sure, but without it, it can be kinda ignored and he needs 1 or 2 turns to kill himself. An insane effect and can easily find some very good targets in druid and can even just be splashed with little alteration of the deck, but might just be too slow. So yeah, I think this card can work, but I doubt it'll be the sole winning condition. Obviously insane in control mirrors where you can reach turn 9 with most of your life intact.

Not sure if this is fake or not, but taunt N`zoth would be realy sick. especially with beast tag.
Druid? Looks red to me. Maybe I'm just color blind?
G=Good B=Bad Do you see the pattern? Every second expansion is always trash.
G: Goblins V Gnomes , Old Gods, unguro
B: TGT, gadgetzan, Knights (Unreleased so MAYBE)
Wait, HOLY SHIT. You play Hadronox and N'Zoth, the Corruptor in the same deck. N'Zoth brings back Hadronox.
Wild N'Zoth Druid is the first deck I'm playing, I AM SO HYPED!
V A L U E B O Y S
Would have been better on warrior.

We have are very 1st Meta-Defining card, you can build a whole deck around this. It's the taunt version of N'Zoth, the Corruptor.

How it works with ancient of war? Is it summon unbuffed one or doesn't summon?
It should work with buffed C'thun, looks fun.
I can't wait to combo this with Sludge Belcher and N'zoth.
