Seems pretty good, vanilla 3/4 for 3 mana minion with extra effect if condition is met, and Mage have plenty of tools to meet the condition with cards such as Water Elemental for example. I like it.
Probably not a turn 3 play then since you can't really fulfill the condition at that turn, but it can always be used if you don't have anything else to play, why not.
I like it a lot. As someone who enjoys playing freeze mage, this is a really good body at 3/4 to help deal with aggro if you're missing some of your freeze cards (which can happen).

I like this card. Good stats, plays on curve, potential extra draw, and is something Mage was lacking a bit at 3-mana. Who knows which other new cards this synergizes with.
on curve?
how often does mage leave a frozen enemy going into T3?
if you frostbolt T2 it usually kills the minion and leaves nothing frozen
ice lance is gone. unless mage receives some new freeze spells I don't see how this will get widespread play
freeze as a condition is hard to fulfill. see Cryomancer
That's actually really good. I'm not sure if it'll see play tho, as it needs to be comboed, unless we get some cheap early game freeze so it can be played on curve. Frost Shock will most likely kill targets this early, and combined with Blizzard it's a turn 9 play, at which point it's kinda meh. So overall it's decent, but might not find a place in most decks. 3 mana 3/4 with an upside is huge in arena tho.
Even though some would say this goes in freeze mage, I'd say the fact that it's 3 mana sometime draw a card is not good. You can always at least ping loot hoarder and get a card draw with ease, the 3/4 body is usually not relevant when playing with freeze mage, when most damage is dealt with spells.
Tho in arena and maybe not freeze mage, this could see play.
Well...it's not bad. If we hit some manner of critical mass with freeze spells, it becomes pretty solid. But I think there is a lot of Manic Soulcaster here. A fine card, but usually something else is just a bit better.
It is nice in that freezing is often a low value play, and this can help offset that in a better way than something like Shatter has.
They've been pushing a Tempo Freeze Mage thing for a while (see: Cyromancer), but I fear it may be consistent enough to replace Novice Engineer in traditional Freeze Mage.
Otherwise, it's good for tempo on turn 3 while having value later in the game if you manage to freeze something.
this card is arguably the best of the set revealed so far, good mana cost, decent stats and the potential to quite easily draw cards from, especially with frostbolt and probably some more new freeze effect cards from the expansion, cards seem to be getting better and better as their revealed now, I like it. :)

Rumors are carried by haters, spread by fools, and accepted by idiots.
This card is a VERY solid arena card. 3 mana 3/4 alone on curve is a solid drop. Or in the late game it can be a catch-up card with solid stats PLUS draw.

Agreed. However, the new mage legendary has potential to be OP.

Hey, this card is pretty okay!
Freeze Mage's new best friend, see ya Novice Engineer.
This will see play in most every Mage deck
...Well, I do support mage getting awful cards.

Good card, both for Wild and Standard. Pretty useless in Arena maybe.
For what profit is it to a man, if he gains the world and loses his own soul?

Excellent stats.

incoming 1 or 2 mana 1/3 card that has a persistent freeze effect
Why not "Battlecry: Draw a card for every frozen enemy minion".
