I was playing Wow and after doing the 1 helper achivement with my friends i really wanted to craft it and play with it in heartstone, now i don't have the card but i do have the dust for 1 legendary and i was considering either malygus(but i dont play alot of combo decks(basicly cuz i don't have malygus), aya or yogg so how good is yogg atm with the new spells added and the ones removed from the game? meaning are there more harmful spells than buffing spells
Didn't expect the card to survive in the meta to be honest but when you are lucky it can swing the game. I wouldn't advise you to craft it. Ysera,Black Knight are pretty decent choices. Here is a picture of an opponent pulling a really good Yogg post un goro. Caught me by surprise. Good thing I had an answer handy or it was game over there.
Yogg is the ultimate Hail Mary. I can win you games and it can lose you games that you were already going to lose. I have it in my control priest deck and it has won games that had no hope.
I wouldn't advise you craft him though, there are other legendary's that are way more useful etc.
I am going to answer your question in three parts, because there are essentially three different points to make here according to your question:
Part 1: Is Yogg still playable?
Yes, he is in a matter that he can still serve as a hail mary for an otherwise already lost game. However due to the nerf of stopping to cast when he is killed, transformed or in any other way removed from the board his value has heavily declined, leaving him as either a fun card or mentioned hail mary rather than a value card for top tier decks.
Part 2: Are there better Legendaries for you to craft?
Yes, from the ones you mentioned I'd probably go for Aya as it's still a great card even tho Jade Shaman and Druid have suffered from a loss in power. However these decks are far from umplayable and even if it's mostly considered weak also Jade Rogue is a fun deck to play that got me a lot of great results.
Part 3: Is crafting a legendary for the sake of crafting a legendary or spending unused dust a good idea?
No, crafting something just to craft something usually ends up bad. I'd rather advise you looking for a deck that you want to forge and play with and craft the missing cards. If you're not in need of any specific card for any deck you want to tr, why would you craft something? Rather wait till the situation of really needing the dust occurs to you.
Yogg is still viable but not OP anymore, which is good. Yogg is played as a last resort, and many times he can save you from grave. IT is immensely fun only if you are not playing this game solely for wining every game. If you are a salty person, grinding for ranks, Yogg is not recommended.
If you have most of the important legendaries I recommend to craft Yogg, he is a one of a kind that can provide amazing games. Nothing is more enjoyable in Hearthstone than an incredible comeback.
Don't use dust just for the sake of crafting like others very well said. Craft cards that you feel you will love to play with for a longer period of time not only during a hype burst. Dust is a very valuable resource especially for F2P.
I recently (re)crafted Yogg and I had a blast with him, in most of my games he saved my ass. But the condition is to take it as a pure rolling dice.
Do you want to have fun with hs? Or do you want to netdeck and be braindead? I craft thinga i like/things i want to use... who cares if its top tier or not? Just craft the thigs you want to play with!
When JTU came out i crafted a mage quest+mimirons head+umbra and i have found that those 3 cards have made me have lots of fun!
Seems like a reasonable explanation, since i wasn't using the dust for anything i was saving it for maybe a lengendary i wanted from the next expansion then again the only card i crafted from this one was the warrior quest. Lyra seems popular now tho

yeah i never really minded the ranks i like to have fun (which sometimes is hard against all the agro decks) but i think all old gods are fun to play, my other choice for a fun deck to try would be y'shaarj with barnes that seems really fun

My main concerns were about how long will it stay in standard and the impact it would have in a game(from an interactive standpoint), i could easily make cairne since it's good in alot of decks and it won't rotate out but i felt it wasn't as much fun as some other cards .
Yogg seems better after the last rotation but of course, you still need to be lucky. It might kill or silence itself by its first spell. However, I managed to do a 20-spell Yogg successfully.
Special note to Explore Un'goro: I got this spell from Yogg once. It literally kills your whole game plan, so hard to come back from that.
Standard is not my thing, i hate the limited options! But, as I told you, its a game... do you like how yogg works? if you do, craft it, if you dont, dont craft it!
Another thing, are you lacking some epics or rares? sometimes is way better to have epics and rares than a legendary...
If you care about winning - don't craft yogg. craft malygos (MalyShaman and Maly Druid are pretty damn fun and can be viable)
If you care about fun - craft yogg. i use him in my malyshaman AND maly druid decks lol
edit: let me clarify - i play wild, not standard. I don't see him being very good in standard at all, and i hate not having access to wild spells for yogg in standard, so in either case not worth imo

I have mix feelings about malygus decks since i don't particulary enjoy those 1 turn kill your opponent decks seems too cheesy for me, reason why i dont play inner fire priest
fair enough. i mean i love combo decks, because they require a lot of skill to play with dead cards (combo pieces) in your hand the entire game, still controlling the board with a bunch of cards that are useless until you can kill them is harder than at first glance. but i will say that the druid version is a lot more forgiving because it runs Gadgetzan Auctioneer

Garrosh did nothing wrong.
Yogg has not been good ever since the nerf. I still throw him in a deck once in awhile and promptly pull him back out. Craft something better.

So you thought only Mage had an exodia combo eh

Honestly, no. Not worth it. It's a yolo card if you want to meme and have some fun.

TL;DR:
Don't craft cards until you really need them

Not a safe craft. Too situational after the nerf.
I'm wondering if i should disenchant it...

Rogue Deckbuilder. Midrange/Combo player.

if there was a combo deck i liked it was the shaman malygus+astral call or how it was called(i call it the hipster dirty rat) that was fun

Before the nerf, yes. After the nerf? Helllll no. The novelty wears off after it ends up destroying itself after one spell. Not worth it
