Doubt this works with blade fury. With pyro it's pyro's effect that is doing damage. Blade fury just destroys your weapon and deals damage. You aren't literally throwing your weapon at them.
Howcan anybody come up with the idea, this would work with bladefury? Its obvious that bladefury deals the damage, not the weopon thus this doesnt work.
shadowflame + emperor cobra doesn't work, so rogue will stay with fan of knives :(
Shadowflame doesnt work with emperor cobra because the damage being dealt is shadowflame, shadowflame destroys the minion first then deals its attack as spell damage to all other minions.
Idk how this works, if it counts as the weapon dealing the damage or the spell, but thats what it depends on.
I don't know what everyone is so hyped about. Even if this does work with Blade Flurry (I dont think it will) then its still a mediocre two card combo plus your hero power. And both of the cards in the combo aren't good on their own. IMO it will barely see play if at all.

It depends on the meta. Even if the Blade Flurry interaction doesn't work, t has it's uses as a 1 of. Non aggro rogues almost always hold onto their weapon. 3 mana means it can be prepped. It's really great for killing off high quality minions like priest has. Sure make a 4 mana 3/10. I can kill it easily now, as opposed to not at all. It's been a huge problem for rogue for awhile, our minion quality just isn't high enough to make great trades. Sap only temporarily deals with threats. This might help some. It would certainly wreck dragon priest atm.
Blizzard wants rogue to have a strong class identity, but without healing how are we supposed to make this work? It's a good card, but I don't think I can use it.

If wild pyro now works, this works.

I agree. I will be very surprised if the combo works.
(And Envenom Weapon is plenty good without such shenanigans.)

For anyone saying rogues do not have access to healing, there's a card called violet illusionist from kara adventure. Yes you need to draw it at the right time to tank up your face in your opponent's Edwin. But it still has good stats for its cost.

Otherwise it wouldn't be intuitive and we know Blizzard wants Hearthstone to be an easy and intuitive game. If this doesn't work then the Wild Pyromancer combo doesn't make sense because the Pyromancer isn't attacking, and the effect is just one damage to all minions which doesn't include Poison.
Or simply Blizzard hates Rogues... oh well maybe you're right then. I would be still waiting for an explanation for the nerf to Blade Flurry.

Do you even read? its confirmed by blizz its not working and its basically easy to read on the card. BF is dealing the damage not the weapon while in pyromancer combo pyromancer is dealing the damage not the evolve card.
And blizz is not hating rogue, this card is still good without that combo its basically remove 2 minions and get health damage for 3 mana which is 0 with prep.

3-mana cost seems awkward to me. Good for blasting through taunts that don't have too much attack, but facetanking an Ancient of War seems...unwise.

i thought this was bad at first with no rogue healing....but remember all the ridic taunts introduced in this expansion...high health low attack.
that's a rogue nightmare without sap. need this card to deal with big taunts
