If u paly this card, u win the game 99% . Enemy need to trade like complete board to kill it. Hex, Sheep, nothing worked. I whish this Card is for mage, but ofcourse Druid gets like Always the most broken cards. First Aviana, then This. The Only class that can counter this card is warlock with Doom or Twisting Nether !
Druids will play this card ever game in turn10. and Autowin, cause no one can clear it.
Control metas only exist when there are control cards that can recover tempo in the form of value. This card doesn't generate any value, it's just a massive threat. So whilst it would be playable in a control meta, it doesn't help that the card itself doesn't encourage a control meta. Also, if you're playing Druid in a control meta, why aren't you playing Jade Druid, and if you are, why are you playing this card? That's the general problem with this card.
Nobody is playing Jade Druid in a control meta because the existence of Jade Druid prevents a control meta.

It's odd to me that this is a Druid legendary. Not sure why any Druid deck would play this over infinite Jades, maybe as a potential pseudo-taunt that opponents have to trade with in order to get rid of, but once the game reaches the stage where control dominates a Jade Druid pretty much will win anyways.
Although, even if it was a legendary from another class or just a neutral legendary, I don't think this would see much play. Against aggro and Mid-range the game is likely over before it can be played, and against Jade Druid (which, let's face it, is really the only control deck you'll see frequently on the ladder unless something else takes shape with the expansion) your opponent likely will have built up to 12+/12+ Jades that can trade into it easily with one minion.

In Wild, Jade druid is pretty rare, but there are plenty of various control decks. It has a weakness of being very slow off the block, and other decks can punish that. If you curve decently into N'Zoth, the Corruptor, it is gg for the Druid.
I had one interresting game with my slow-ish midrange paladin where the druid tried to heal himself out of trouble, but he was unable to amass lethal in time.
Control WARRIOR, whose gameplan is to play defence until turn 6, has no chance, though.
On topic: this looks like an arena card. Uninspiring, slow and cluncy to get any use out of, many times, you will not even get it out of your hand!

It's a dead card for a large part of the game. It's useless against any fast deck because it has no defensive value, and eats up an entire turn. If you try to play it, they will most likely kill you the following turn.
Also, many things can deal with such a card. To name a few: adapt (poisonous), aldor, equality, kazakus polymorph, brawl, deadly shot, freezing trap, big game hunter. People can easily stop it with taunt minions or freeze and win the game with tempo advantage.
That being said, if you can play it at a discount somehow, it could be playable. Aviana is rotating out, so the best bet would be the unknown druid quest.

It does. It forces your oponnend to trade their complete board in it, or you have lethal next turn.!

Some of those aren't played but my point is that there's actually a lot of ways to kill it and a number of them are cards used in the meta still.
EDIT: There's also the strategy of just straight up ignoring it and going face. Druids have miserable board clear so you can just keep dropping minions and push for lethal while the druid plays a 12/12 that does nothing else.
Essentially you want to do something along the lines of ramp your mana or ramp out violet teacher/fandral. then you want to get like 3-4 minions on board and used pilfered to get to 10 mana. then you want to start dropping this or cen when they are still on 4-5 mana. now that you put a huge unkillable threat on board you can push dmg/copy it or just keep throwing down token cards

Or they just ignore it and kill you, because you spent your entire turn playing a big dude that doesn't impact the board state.
If you reach 10 mana without losing then you are probably fine and had enough taunts or heals before.

This is hilariously bad card evaluation. If your opponent has enough of a board to trade into this card, he almost certainly has whittled-down your health and has you within burst range. Likewise, it is exceedingly unlikely that you have done enough damage to him that 12 damage will get you in lethal range. Try playing a Faceless Behemoth in arena against an enemy board and see how many games you win.
If the Druid quest lets you cheat this out earlier (and I don't mean ramp into double Innervate on 6 mana), the evaluation changes dramatically. If you have to play this with the existing toolkit, it simply is unplayable. While Druid is losing very few great class cards in this rotation, it is losing one of its best cards in Azure Drake. Without it, all of Druid's draw is absolutely awful tempo-loss. So, now you play your expensive draw and land this as a dead card in-hand, or even worse, it comes to you from your mulligan. That's a game-loser against anything but the grindy-est control decks.
There are two scenarios in which this is playable - (1) the Druid quest lets you cheat this out in a much more aggressive way by discounting the card cost or (2) we get into a heavy control meta in which 3 or more 10+ mana turns are common. Unfortunately, Druid's favorite braindead archetype, Jade Idol, makes scenario (2) completely impossible.
Beast druids are inherently fast decks and savage roar is a far better finisher than this, you wouldn't replace onyxia with this.
The oldschool 'Timmy' ramp druid already runs control decks dry of removal, when they draw their in the correct order that is. Of course you play this in that deck.
I hate that it just is so boring. It should be a choose one so it can have synergy with fandral and fit with the class. I don't see why this just isn't a neutral minion or something. Contrast with Kalimos- which has it's own very versatile choose one of four battlecries, and this just looks so disappointing in comparison.

He doesn't... at all! Remember you can't put buff him with Mark of Y'Shaarj.
Put in Stranglethorn Tigers for those bigdrops, and we are having a solid, inconsistant tier 4 deck.
Hurr durr hurr durr Cause I put mark in there for Tyrantus......... I love how you kids who know nothing about deck building try to say anything. I'm not even going to try and explain to you how much of a joke that comment you made just was.

I rather like this card. It's like deathwing but without the conditional use part. And it's a beast so could synergize in beast Druid

I think i have my first playable idea for this card

Good card on it's own.
I'm a big fan of hexproof.
But what deck for it.

Of course you play this in that deck.
There is also a potential Lunar Visions Sunfury Protector combo for even more Timmy style points.

Druid quest: Reach 10 mana cristal before your opponent.
Reward: 5 manas Anti-Mystic Portal: Any time your opponent play a spell nulls it.
Then this card can be played without fear of Doom! Twist and Deadly Shot.
