So i got Icehowl from a pack i earned at the arena. I was really lucky because it was my second TGT pack, and now i'm wondering about what to do with Icehowl since it's moving to wild format and it's not being played in actual decks (I have been playing since yogg nerf, not really much time). The real question is, should i dust it, or keep it?
Personally i don't dust any legendary ever, no matter how meh they are. Glad for that because my wild reno buff Paladin really benefits from having Nat Pagle for instance.
Icehowl is pretty meh, even if you play Astral Druid. a creature that drops in so late should usually either win the game or prevent you from losing, and there's not really much a big charge minion that cannot go face do. there's a tiny bit possibility that it become relevant someday in some obscure wild deck yet to come, but that is very low chance. (especially since Icehowl as itself is not very interesting, Charge and can't go face really isn't something to talk about.) in Astral Druid if you drop the creature early like turn 4 or something... well, you would probably rather drop any other legendary you got in that deck than something to kill 1/2 Haunted Creepers and such.
however if you are not starving for dust, avoid dusting legendaries. basically once you dust a rarely played legendary, you can expect to never craft it again, and someday you might want to play some nonsense with Baron or Cho.

''He traded sands for skins, skins for gold, gold for life. In the end, he traded life for sand.''
Dust him. Craft sylv, Rag, and golden cards going into hall of fame. It's free dust and u can keep a better legend for wild if you don't already have them.
YOu basically need to make a decision wether you ever want to play Wild. i personally would never consider playing wild unless you had a good collection of cards including Naxx, GvG etc,
IF you don't or if you don't want to invest in the game then dust it.
Seriously Saying i think it depends on whether you need dust or not. If you do dust him cuz 400 dust will go a long way. If you have enough dust and dont mind playing wild in future I would recommend keeping him cuz he may some day be of use. personally I dont like to disenchant legends except when i really need the dust( millhouse manastrom) in my case.

To Miracle or not to Miracle that is the question every Rogue player asks themselves XD
Only time ive seen that card played is in greedy druid decks.. if you need the dust to craft something of better value, I'd go right ahead.. that's what I did with mine
Thank u guys for all the answers, i didn't expected so much.
Finally i've decided to keep Icehowl since i have all the cards that are moving from classic to wild, and i'm not in a desperate situation in dust terms. I'll keep an eye to ungoro meta and if there's a must have legendary(ejem, Dr. Boom, ejem) then maybe i'll disenchant Icehowl.

See it as a high cost minion removal tool.
Consider your future in wild
Go from there.

Question everything.
Majordomo and Rend Blackhand were "400 free dust" for me. Now I wish I had them and I don't want to sink dust into them.
Don't ever disenchant a legendary. You might get sick of Standard due to people only playing tier 1 meta decks.
Never dust cards !!!
AJAX AMSTERDAM
i know some Astral Communion Druids that play Icehowl. Consider it if you ever want some wild fun.
save him, he is good in silent priest, not that silent priest is a thing.. but blizzard pushes it so some day it will be

Play some Purify priest!

Golden legendary cards opened: Ragnaros the Firelord, Auctionmaster Beardo, Kalimos, Primal Lord
400 dust not that much,
I dont dust legendaries unless for extremely good target
Craft Noggenfogger and let the games begin!
