This isn't that fast of a card...You can't really begin to use them until turn 6 at the earliest, which is slower than the aggro we have now. This isn't hyper aggro. It's more of a midrange zoo in my opinion. Get tundra rhino out close to turn 8ish, and then swarm and control the board. Buzzard and more raptors/unleash after to keep it going and win.
To make it reliable you have to complete quest till turn 5 for 7 card you will have 4 at 1 turn 7 at turn 4 this archetype still will require card cheap card draw cuz you will require atleast 10 one drop you will totally loose the board after turn 5
I think the plan is to play zooish style early game, lots of 1 drop and buff minion such as abusive, timberwolf(all are 1 drop), alpha wolf(beast) to control the board then hopefully complete the quest for late game charge combo with tundra, hyena and cotw.

Sure there will be games where you have it in you opening hand and it will be insane, but you're more likely not to draw it. Decks will need to be built to balance searching for the quest while not diluting the quest trigger. So you'll need way more than 7 1-cost minions and a plan to draw the quest and survive!

Firefly will count for 2 1 cost minions. Playing 2 fireflies means your quest is already 50% completed.

if it was just 1 mana cards instead of minions, then it wound be control hunter friendly.. 1 mana minions makes it aggro/face only
