I find it interesting that people initially thought it was terrible, but it ends up being incredibly powerful. I think the amount of minions played should be increased significantly, because as it stands its way too quick to accomplish.
I could certainly be wrong, but I think this the power in the deck is more that it's a new aggressive strategy in a meta full of unrefined lists. Watching Dog's testing yesterday it was pretty clear a defensive deck would probably be okay.
And to be honest I kind of want Hearthpwn and the pros who rated this poorly (like Lifecoach and Trump) to eat crow for another expansion cycle. Maybe in 3-4 expansions people will actually be able to analyze cards properly after being so absurdly wrong so many times.

In ten days we're going to have more defensive decks but I am not sure you can outvalue this thing... I was able to kill my opponent only because I was using the Pirate Deck Standard Recipe and had perfect draw.

Not likely. Even I had doubts about this card, and I'm literally never wrong.
I mean, I don't even mind if people are right/wrong. Just that they have a super inflated ego about it.
Since you're literally never wrong I'm going to chalk yours up to confidence though, and not ego. Maybe in time your wisdom will rub off on the Hearthpwn masses. Maybe.

It's essentially a weenie rush deck that looks to replay the multiple low mana, advantage generating weenies.
Once you complete the quest, your Novice Engineers and Swashburglers become 5/5 card draws. I don't know if this will be a top tier competitive deck, but I don't think it's the garbage that a lot of you do.
In fairness, I did also think it might play Prep+Vanish, and maybe it will. But I was wrong there.
As soon as this quest was announced i decided to start playing Rogue. I was 10-4 last night, didnt have time to win any more.
I did have 1 epic game against Quest priest. He managed to steal 2 shadowsteps and a shadowcaster and get Amara with all of them. I basically did 120+ damage to him before i ran out of cards.
I don't like this card really... I hope it doesn't get popular..
and if people get insane with this card I really hope blizzard reacts before it's too late, so far the only deck I don't like to play agaisnt, the rest of the decks and quest have been fun playing against, quest rogue is really hard to play against seems to lack counterplay..
What bothers me the most are lazy fucks at Blizzard who always must wait for xx months to fix something. Fix it NOW ffs is that so hard?! It's obvious that the card is broken!

Have you considered they've playtested it and know of plenty of counter decks that haven't become popularized yet? Because that's kind of why they don't just nerf every little thing folks whine about. The primary onus is on you to figure out how to counter a deck you're losing against. Only after that doesn't work should they step in, and you've not been given nearly enough time to do your part.

If all it took to decide a card was broken or not was some guy saying its broken on an anonymous internet forum, Chillwind Yeti would be a 1/1.
Yeah thank you guys on 'legend player' tips. If you and smartass devs think conceding instantly against jade druid and quest rogue as let's say quest warrior is fun, or interactive then everything can go to hell.
PS: And no, do not tell me fairytales because there is no scenario in which any form of control deck can beat jade druid and quest rogue. It's sad because this game would be beautiful if there was no Jade Idol and Caverns Below.

Decks have bad matchups. If your deck happens to have only bad matchups against popular decks, then either suck it up and accept that you aren't going to win, or choose another deck.

Ok, so if all I am facing is rogue, how do I beat it?

A broken card with all that low cost minions it it way better than Queen.
