Everything else aside, even considering that this may be good in a high threat deck like "SLAM" Shaman (using 4 mana 7/7, earth elemental, etc) because you can draw out the removal... nothing really draws out the jades... and then you have one dead taunt and a bunch of 3-6 health jades... so you still have to volcano them down AND somehow close out the game.

Are we talking about Jade Druid? The same Jade Druid losing Mulch and stuff like Azure Drake (which is definitely a relevant loss)? I'd imagine Crusher Shaman is going to run them over just because by the time their Jade train is going the Shaman is pretty much just running them over. Maybe the loss of Trogg/Totem Golem is enough to make it easier for the Druid, but Shaman is notoriously hard to beat for them since they can go wide and tall depending on the build. At the point a proactive list like Elemental Shaman gets behind Jade Druid, it probably wasn't their game to win.
Now Jade Shaman? That could potentially be an issue, since I think Jade Shaman has a bit faster of a clock. But Jade Shaman is going to have a hard time getting the Jade counter up high enough where that scenario is a reality (odds are whoever holds the board in the midgame is going to win out). I'd also argue having both lists be viable is probably actually fine, since it means we have options for Shaman at least.
I really don't think Jade Druid is going to be the monster people think it is. Even at the best state its likely to ever be in it's still pretty awful outside of a very narrow meta, and I don't think it's really worth planning around post-rotation with stuff like Discolock getting some crazy tools.

Articles I suggest every player reads to improve at the game;
He can be auto-win against a pirate deck but turn 9 is 3-4 turns too slow to make a difference. Control decks will likely have access to too much hard removal (silence and sylvanas aren't a thing in standard any more) but if you catch someone pants down then yeah, a 5/20 taunt is probably going to win you the game.
Also, Sap. Wow that hoses this card badly, turning your fancy elemental combo into you paying 18 mana for an ancient of war (this is not how to win HS).
Vulnerable to hex, polymorph, execute, black knight, shadow word death, silence, sap, multiple paladin cards, brawl (since you had to play multiple minions the turn before, likely still some on the board), and it's very expensive + situational.
other than that, though, great design, blizz. should totally push that elemental archetype your basing this entire expansion around.
but hey, you can't BGH it so Chakki gives it two thumbs up.
Cool card, nice art, really slow, might see some play with late game shaman or mage......Reno would make this guy better.....very interested to see the wild deck creations with him.
As for standard.....if the meta slows.....he could be a beast........draws primo removal or becomes an insane almost unbreakable wall.

When life gives you lemons, trade'em for limes and get some Coronas!
I prefer Soggoth over this one, tbh. With the amount of Taunts being introduced, it's somewhat logical that people are going to tech-in TBK for some time.
Eh, not sure how confident I am in it. If you don't have card cost reduction (which, ever since Emperor Thaurissian was removed, may not be that common), you'll only be able to play 1 elemental with it for a 5/10 Taunt body, which is 7 mana worth of stats and not 9. Maybe in the future there will be something to help it out, but for now I'm doubtful.
Read the cards again. It's the turn before that synergies
Ohhh...why do I keep missing the actual meaning of all these cards. In that case this thing is gonna grow to become one hell of a Taunt if you play enough Elementals on the turn before-I mean, two alone are enough to more than maximize the value.
Cards like this just don't do enough when they don't have effects that change the state of the board, give instant value or combo etc....The question is, does +10 health make this card good....The answer is no...Not even close.....Has diminishing returns with all the hard counters so late in the game as well.
Plus you need to have the luxury to set this up the turn before.....When you put that into the equation it's unplayable trash.
The think about this card that might make it playble is that it can become really big for example 5/15 or 5/20 while i can aggre with you that it might not be a very good card it is for sure playble just for the chance that it can go crazy we just have to wait and see how good elementals and the elemental synergy will be.

Silence control priest might be a thing , with all that elemental buff, Kabal Songstealer , Mass Dispel
Unplayable. Dies to Shadow Word: Death /s
Wants to play Captain Cookie Druid because why not?
9 mana battlecry gain 400 dust.

Thats one cool looking frog right there.

*clears throat* Inner fire. Meme decks will be made.
Too slow and inconsistent. I've been wrong before, but this has a very very small chance of being playable regardless of the meta.
it might be good, it might not, its really hard to say. but innerfire with him could be pretty funny as a meme deck

I might have to tech out my Soggoth for a while.

In current state the card is unplayable.....Even if good Elemental synergies come it will move from unplayable to bad.
