Booring. Slow. Underwhelming on every front. They at least could have made each iteration have full stats. Even then... Meh. Having 3 overcosted cards is worse than one good card.
Maybe other synergy will save it. But, not looking good.
It is good in very slow control decks, you have 3 minions for only one slot and awesome N'Zoth sinergy, but...
If the meta slowdown (I really don't think will) in way to very slow control decks can be playable what your plan to beat jade druid? The only deck don't have any chance to beat jade druid is slow control decks.
I don't get how people can say this is bad. Yes there is a slight loss of tempo, but you get three cards for one deck slot (even if 10 for a 10/10 is near impossible to play).
Historically cards that generate extra cards have all been played. babbling book, cabalists tome, forgotten torch, ethereal conjurer.... you get the point.
Those cards bring you cheap cards though this card is one of the slowest cards in the game it has also not so high value and a 10 mana cost card should win you the game.. needs further synergy.. need to wait and see the elementals support cards.
I don't think Mage needs this. Vanilla 2 mana 2/2, 6 mana 6/6 and 10 mana 10/10s are kind of underwhelming and the upside you get is that once you get this card, you have a play on t2, t6 and t10....I'm sure Mage has other things to do with 18 mana than play a combined 18/18 stats. It's a cool concept in how it dies and "comes back to life" but I don't think this one's going to work well.
I can't get hyped for this. I just can't. I want to, but I can't.
It's one of those cards that looks cool, but is completely and totally destroyed by a single silence/transform. Supposing you do get the 6/6, that makes it a big enough target for the hex/polymorph. Supposing you do spend your whole turn to summon the big 10/10, that's the kind of thing that gets Death/Executed anyway, and those are the kind of things people already have in their decks anyway.
All of that (including possible Elemental synergies), is likely rendered moot anyway because of Shaman. With the frigging Vivosaurs they're adding, along with possibly less weenie Pirates and less Reno decks (meaning less battlecries) every Shaman will probably end up running 2 Devolve. Fitting, isn't it? Teehee. Harhar.
Oh, you want to run less minions because Pyros has you covered? A Shaman would be happy to Devolve your 2/2 legendary for no real loss to him.
Its all about the elemental tag. If there is going to be some good stuff with them it can be good, but the card is 400 dust w/o elemental synergy. "3 cards in one" "muh value" ... Guys, take a look at Anub'arak, or just use your mind... playing a card that does nothing and hasnt any insane value later on ( White Eyes still doesnt see any play, but has infinitely better 1st body, anti fatigue help and a 5 10/10 taunt ) is just impossible/dumb in constructed.
If the meta slows down, this is the ultimate value card. It draws cards (however mediocre) that aren't from your deck twice, has deathrattle synergy, and it's completely non situational. If the elemental tag becomes valuable, that's just icing on the cake. I could easily see this in some kind of control warrior, shaman, or priest since they often have dead mana to use for cards like these.
Edit: missed the fact it was a mage card...not quite as good as I thought.
This is a bad card, unless there is elemental synergy somehow (and it needs to be amazing, in which case we get another 4 months of amazing shamans).
2 mana 2/2, 6 mana 6/6 and 10 mana 10/10 are all really bad cards. That you get these cards "for free" doesn't really make it better. I mean, it's almost as if the text said "2 mana 2/2, Deathrattle: Draw a bad card". That wouldn't see play at all. Neither will this.
It looks really bad, but I'm assuming Blizzard tested it...
Potion of madness :------)
It took over 9000 hours in paint to make my profile picture. Absolutely worth it!
Meh
I returned to this game much like how a recovering alcoholic can relapse.
Let me change your mind.
never lucky
Seems ripped from the Fan Creation board to me.

Elemental tag! Hyped!
Always nice to see some fresh new mechanic ;)

10 mana 10/10 is much worse than a 1 mana 10/10 jade
it will probably not see play.

This card doesn't look too amazing right now, but we need to see if we get some sick elemental synergy before we write it off completely.
Like your TOTALLY able to play 7 deathrattle minions. Meanwhile, Shaman's gonna have a rant on you at turn 5
Just remember the good times!

It's ok I guess. Under curve stats each time but you might draw 2 extra minions from the original play........control Mage maybe, tempo mage no.

-"ultimate value card"
-Jade Idol ...lemme just play that 12/12 for free, mind you ?
