Well Warlock got spell 3 mana deal 9 dmg to all characters ( including heroes ) and i havent see it playing.
I bet this will be the same.
extremely different being able to hit yourself and your opponent in the face lowers the board clear potential. This hits specifically minions and that means I can wait until my opponent's board has a solid amount of minions and I have none or next to none and then drop 15 damage on just their minions.
Card is amazing for control shaman. I'm hoping that it works such that deathrattle minions are killed and their effects trigger as the spell is still active (IE. Volcano a Hunter with Kindly Grandmother on board, it kills the 1/1 as well as the 3/2 that spawns from it)
doubtful no card interrupts cast and lets the rattle trigger. I assume it will be like Arcane missiles since that is how it is worded
Honestly don't think this is a good card. When Overload is factored in, this is essentially 7 mana, deal 15 damage randomly split among all minions. Why would you play this when you have Lightning Storm, which is 2 mana less, only affects enemy minions, and has the potential to deal as much damage if not more than Volcano? You also have Elemental Destruction, which is 8 mana w/Overload and usually deals more damage than Volcano?
I could see this being played without the Overload but with it.... GG Blizzard.
I think this card has a lot of potential. What I like about it is the flexibility. It is equally effective at killing:
1) A board of a bunch of small minions
2) A mid-sized board - for example: 2 spirit wolves and 2 totem golems = 14 health. Yes I know totem golem won't be in standard.
3) 2 big minions - for example: 2 flamewreathed faceless.
That's not something you can say for most other aoe removal. Weaknesses? I would have liked it to be 4 mana or only 1 overload. It could also not be very effective if there's a lot of deathrattles in the meta.

Against aggro it will almost always fully clear, and against slower decks it should fully clear almost every board with 2-3 minions on it, and many with 4-5. The flexibility of both being AoE and single target removal is also incredibly useful, meaning that it will very rarely be a card you cannot play in a given situation.
The obvious downside is that it's only good when you're behind, so it's basically a card for exactly Malygos Shaman, but a superb one.

it removes 15 health from the board guaranteed. That seems pretty reasonable to me.
I mean, it's basically a slightly different spin on Elemental Destruction. The decks that would use Elemental Destruction would use this. But since Control Shaman isn't a thing we don't think about it.
If control shaman becomes a thing, you can bet this will probably make the cut.
Control Shaman is a thing. It is on the verge of being perferctly refined, and there are already meta-crushing control Shaman decks out there.
The only time this card is better than Lightning Storm is when it is played when you have no minions and your opponent has 5 or less and most are above 3 health. This is also barely affected by spell damage and costs more. I think it will see play in Meme Control Shamans with Elemental Destruction rotating but I wouldn't play this over that card ever.
This card gets better the further behind you are and basically useless if you're ahead. Also has basically no benefit from spellpower. May be a one of if control shaman is a thing but that's all I can see with this card.
This card will surprise people. This is great against beefy boards and long boards alike unlike storm which is limited to very specific board states. Of course, board-centric decks will have no use for the card and the mana cost is heavy, but overall, I think it will see a bit of play.
I like the card, it pushes shaman to play as control. I think the best comparison to this cards is Brawl, you want to be behind when using this cards as board clear. I like the flexibility to also kill something big if needed, I think the flexibility will make this card viable for Control decks, probably as one off, but it would not surprise me if ended being 2 copies in slow Jade/N'Zoth shaman decks. The more heal/control tools they add to shaman this expasion the better this card will be! I guess Elemental tribes will play a big role for shaman this expasion!
I can't say if it is as good as Elemental Destruction, probably not, but I like they are giving some late game board clears for shaman!

Also damages through divine shields, something traditional AoE does not.
Will this damage minions that spawn from deathrattle: summon? Or will the damage complete THEN the Deathrattles trigger.
Anger is the punishment we give ourselves for someone else's mistake.
Excelent mass removal, of course, for shaman.
Why I not surprise. <_<

Wild Patron Shaman hype!
Explosive Shot => Meteor
Power Word: Tentacles => Spikeridged Steed
Take a look at my card creations here in vojza's mini expansion topic.
i think it's either unplayable or there has to appear a heavy control shaman deck to make it kinda work. seems bad though.

Lets ask ourselves would you ever run this over lightning storm or as a replacement for elemental D? I think its strictly worse but idk.
Put your spoiler here.
This definitely seems like a Control/Malygos Shaman card, and a good one at that.
Okay then. With that ridiculous card out of the way, this may actually see some play. Still would prefer Lightning Storm over this.

edit: or less
