This card has potential specially cause of the beast tag.. 2 1/3s are hard to get rid of at turn 3 so you might be able to buff one with houndmaster or zoobot..
Blizzard made this card for that murloc, dragon, beast deck which might be a thing?
I am scared to death by this card. Not because it is good. Not because it's a spider. It's because I can feel it will be good in wild. Someday, sometime, this card will be forgotten. And a card will be made that will activate the last battlecry every time a minion is summoned. And this, unconditional duplicator that clones itself will be Hearthstone's Pestermite Splinter twin combo. And because beast synergy will continue to be created they'll all get charge, and they will all get tons of attack, and this will be the deck. It will not happen next expansion, or the expansion after, or even the one after that. It could be years. But one day, it will happen, and then wild will be broken forever.
Meta defining, because you can hope your opponent has arachnophobia and goes afk. It's also cute so your opponent won't kill it. I f (s)he does, you get adrenaline rush and your chances of winning go up by at least 33%.
Among the 3,8% (the amount of users that currently have voted Meta-defining) and proud of it.
Dayum, 2,7% now! People, don't you see the synergies here? Arachnophobia is like the most common phobia there is.
Once again, the Hearthpwn community fails to realize the true purpose of this card. OBVIOUSLY it's designed to supplement the next sleeper-hit deck archetype: Spider Hunter! Come on people, why do you think they've designed spider cards for almost each expansion? And last time I checked, Hunter hast the most spiders of all the classes. You all would do well to keep an eye out for a big burly orc accompanied by some dangerous arachnid fiends...
playable in certain decks that desperatly need's board presence. like token druid. is also good to set up houndmaster in hunter. o even zoo if you run double defender of argus.. maybe. in arena this card is below average to bad.
its a 3 mana 2:6 what is breaking the rule of the max of stats for a 3 drop 2:5 and its a beast
I presume you're joking... A 1/3 is a below average 1 drop - 3 "points" at most. If we stick two together, we get 3 + 3 = 6 points, which is balanced for a 2-drop (though it'd be verging on OP at that point). So on its own, terrible card. But it curves nicely into Defender of Argus and Houndmaster (as well as pairing well with Evolve), as people have noted, so I won't dismiss it quite yet.
Today in my free brawl pack I got Barongeddon, then I had a cup of fresh green tea. As a result of that, I think Priest is OP because my keyboard is not a mechanical one. I hope Blizzard will address this issue.
this card will either see no play or be run a lot in hunter and maybe some in druid, it is 2/6 of stats with beast tag, would be better if it was on one minion but then it would be powercreep on a class card form wotog but neutral. I think that since zoo is so common this would be good since zoo runs a lot of 1 healths and this can deal with those efficiently. this into houndmaster is kinda great and is pretty liekely since the enemy probably does not have a turn 3 board clear and in midrange hunter you might have the board at this point anyway.

Just fill your deck with one drops, that is creative deck design, right?
If your only goal is to synergize your houndmaster wouldn't you rather just run Jungle Panther? It's just as likely to stay around, and is less of a crap card if you don't have houndmaster in hand.
From what I remember seeing before, when an opponent played Muster for Battle while a Hobgoblin and a Steward of Darkshires were out, the only thing that happened was that the Recruits gained divine shield. If you look at the Hobgoblin it says, when you PLAY a minion with one attack, not summon, play. And I'm pretty certain that entails playing from hand, meaning any summon effects won't count.

You guys are missing the beast synergy. Token beast Druid!

Beast token druid with Arguses and power of the Wild! Looks strong! Imagine two 2/4 taunts turn 4?
This looks like a great card. It's almost guarentees a target for Houndmaster.

It's a really poor stat split. Honestly just makes me miss echoing ooze.
It's funny you can have the most garbage cards in the world like moroes and there are still people voting meta definining ^^
Nah this card is bad

You sure? both have summon effects

This is the first 3-mana neutral minion with above vanilla stats and no downside. Not saying it's viable, but it's a pretty clever stat distribution.
