It doesn't look really good. Maybe if it had taunt on top of it then it might be interesting vs Zoo, but they have 6 minions and you kill one. So they'll just ignore the body and keep going face. What this game needs is answers to a bunch of small, deathrattle and divine shield minions that plague the ladder. This could easily have been "Taunt. Silence and destroy a minion with 3 or less attack." Then it might be interesting. Still not super good, but interesting.
This is the typical card that has a really good effect but way too horrible stats for it's cost, as a result it's just average. I don't know what you could sacrifice to run 1 of these in Dragon decks, as most Dragons are stupidly strong, don't think anyone will run 2 of these.
Guys when you are comparing 1 mana difference between this Dragon and Stampeding Kodo, don't forget this is not random, you can target the minion you want to kill. Also when Book Wyrm is in your hand it helps with the dragon synergy.
That said, if it were 4 or less, even if it cost an extra mana, it would be a dream Priest Dragon card. As is, it's merely okay. (As already stated above.)

Dependable loan sharks since 1960. We sink our teeth into every deal we make.
People saying this is worse than Kodo are out of their minds. 2 vs 3 attack is a MASSIVE split. I could not fathom just how op Cabal would be if it stole 3 attack minions. Just a few 3 attack cards which see a bit of play
Totem Golem, Thunder Bluff Valiant, Huge Toad, Alexstrazsas Champion, Twilight Guardian, Flame Imp, Crazed Worshipper, Fandral Staghelm, Violet Teacher, SI 7 Agent, Elise Starseeker, Keeper of Uldaman, Ravaging Ghoul, Stampeding Kodo, Aldor Peacekeeper, Mounted Raptor, Earthen Ring Farseer and I'm sure I'm forgetting a ton. You might have just seen maybe a few of these cards on ladder. Tunnel Trogg and Darkshire Councilman are also more often going to be at 3 than 2 attack, but that's a bit specific. You might be able to add Barnes and the Wolf token from Grandmother if they see constructed play. Oh and also all the 2 attack and below minions that allow an rng based card like Kodo to exist in the current meta. Sure it comes with the need for a dragon in hand, but you may have noticed the most popular deck on ladder includes 6 cards that require dragons. ( 2 each of champion, Guardian and corruptor)
Not sure that this will see much play. Maybe as a 1-of. In priest he competes with Cabal Shadow Priest, Entomb ,Justicar and Sylvanas and in Warrior he competes with Drakonid Crusher and isn't aggressive stated enough. If you want more dragons it's better to get those that cost 7+ since they fill out your curve better.
I think it's poor. If the effect wasn't conditional it would be a pretty balanced and fair effect (i.e potential to see play but nothing groundbreaking). It's a 4 drop plus a Shadow Word: Pain. The fact that it also has a condition that needs to be fulfilled makes it quite mediocre.

It's 1 mana too expensive . A more expensive Kodo is a bad Kodo, especially when Kodo itself is barely fast enough anyway.
If it has the same cost as kodo, who will then play kodo? Book wyrm can target a minion of your choice and it works on 3-Attack minions. Kodo is for 2-Attack minions
People would play Kodo in non-dragon decks.

I love that people keep asking for the source - like Hearthpwn are going to randomly make up a card...
Expensive
Love the tribes.
You mean 4 attack is priest blind spot ?
This card won't change anything to this.

Bad or not (I'd say not), this will make it in control oriented dragon decks for sure.

Could be okay in a dragon deck.

This is a really good card for dragon decks, It's a Shadow Word: Pain for everyone
I like this card, now, is this playable???
Decent card for a slow dragon deck
