Man, they're really serious about this whole "generate cards without drawing from your deck" thing, huh?
Blizz didn't learn it's lesson with Anub'Arak, it seems. Rogue is not about value, it's about TEMPO. Seriously, someone who actually plays Hearthstone should probably join the Development team. In order for this card to work there would need to be some serious control Rogue enablers; and even then this card is too RNG heavy.
It needs to be expensive because Preparation exists. With Prep it's an Arcane intellect that only marginally puts you closer to fatigue and turns your prep into presumably something more useful. Later in the game it's better than Arcane Intellect since it's draw 3 instead of 2.
I think it's better than it looks and will see play.
Blizzard has a hard time making spells for rogue cause it has some of the most efficient ones in the game already in Classic. I can see this card in some janky rogue decks, like Reno. Fun card possibly, with good design. However not a competitive card though.
But no seriously it's not that good, since you can just pull triple the same bad card with this, since you can't guarantee you'll get value cards. Also compare with Nourish which is cheaper and gives you a choice.

I'm just another one of those. You know, those who do things. Things that need to be done by those that do these things in order to do those things that don't do these things themselves. Has the word 'things' lost meaning to you already?
This card will have the same problem as cards like Far Sight and Call Pet. You don't control what you draw, so it's always a risk, a risk I won't be taking. ;) Even if you stuff your deck with cards using Gang Up, there's no guarantee what you'll draw.
Also 6 mana seems way too much, hope the other Rogue cards turn out to be better.
I like the concept and I think this card can be playable in some new rogue deck.
I don't think will be played in oil/miracle, because usually (in my experience, I can be wrong) you want to reach your combo pieces fast, so a normal draw is better.
I like the concept of the card (not thinning out your deck) but not knowing what you are duplicating ahead of time sucks and am not sure if it is worth the mana. Sometimes it could be great and duplicate a Eviscerate, Sap, Deadly Poison but at other times it could duplicate an odd creature like Bloodmage Thalnos or Gadgetzan Auctioneer.
The more I write, the more I am starting to think it is worth it to include as a 1 of because the rogue spells are all powerful and I wouldn't mind having more than 1 copy (except sprint). Where it will get weird are the minions and even that isn't so horrible because rogue often has problems playing enough minions because certain classes can remove them so well (warrior).
Only thing I could imagine this in is some kind of Control/Fatigue rogue which currently doesn't exist (at least competitively). And even then, Burgle is just better. Could maybe run this in Mill Rogue instead of Azure Drake, but I think Drake is just better and it's too greedy to run both.

Please stop comparing class cards to another class's cards. They're in different classes for a reason.
Blizz seems to be making sure every class has an 'anti-fatigue' draw method. Warrior - Blood Warriors Rouge - This Mage - Cabalist tome Hunter - Infect
They seem CONVINCED that games are going to slow to a crawl and 30 cards won't be enough to finish games. So far I have seen nothing to indicate slower games. In fact, with the loss of some of the best anti-aggro tools, it looks to me like we'll be seeing more aggro on ladder. (only based off what has been revealed so far)
Hmm... interesting... 6 mana (3 with Prep) to add 3 copies of a card in your deck to your hand immediately. To put it into perspective, imagine if Face Shaman or Freeze Mage got this card. It CAN be useful, but Rogue is going to need something to help stall a little bit.
3x Eviscerate, or 3x Deadly Poison, or 3x Sap even. This is great for burst Rogue, but will need an insanely well-tuned deck to make good use of it. That is, until you draw 3x Sprint, or 3x Assassin's Blade, or 3x Auctioneer.
The deck that this card is designed for has not been built yet. As someone else stated a Scry ability is almost necessary to make good use of this.
Mill Rouge might be almost back again, for a brief time. Possibly
Outside of this it's a bit too RNG based to be very useful IMHO

Feels like Varian a little bit. Good only if you draw the right cards

At first I thought 'Hmm yeah this could work'
Then I saw the mana cost.

[Game] Name another card that has the same...

Because Mill Rogue needed a little more card draw!
What if, Teacup into tea cup o.O

Reno Rogue?
If you Hex a Murloc... it really isn't much of a change, is it?

i think it is better then sprint only in fatigue rogue
this card is way better than sprint in a control machtup, cause only draw one from your deck
