Another Naxxramas class card has been revealed, and this time it's the Webspinner, a Hunter Minion. The eligible beasts that it can summon from its Deathrattle can be found here.
What are your thoughts on this card?
That's something very playable. A low drop Deathrattle to play off of Undertaker, and functions as a Beast specific Loothorder. Not bad at all. Plus another 1 drop beast that can be used for Kill Command finishers. I can't really think of anything bad to say about this card.
it doesn't say "from your deck" in the text, as sense demons or captain's parrot do, so I assume this will pull from a special set ala Animal Companion or Dream cards, or from some subset of all beast cards that you may or may not have in your deck ala Bane of Doom. interesting.

One Question: it`s a beast of your deck or a random beast like heroes of the horde does ?

Very good. After UTH nerf Hunts desperatly needed smth to draw cards. And here it is!
Good spot this card now looks much better than i first thought.
That's what I'm asking myself too. Could be similar to Bane of Doom.
Anyway, I think it is great for Midrange Hunter. Compare it to Loot Hoarder:
Pros: -1 mana (it's a nice 1-drop!), it's a Beast, draws a Beast
Cons: -1 attack, draws a Beast

But if it is like Bane of Doom then it doesnt affect the drawing of cards in your deck and you might get stuck with a Silverback Patriarch or Stonetusk Boar.
Depends on the set, as Bane of Doom doesn't draw any possible Demon.

It does saw 'draw' instead of 'put into your hand from your deck' (e.g. Sense Demons). For consistency's sake they probably would have gone with the wording on Sense Demons if the cards work similarly.

Overall I think its a good card as it doesn't seem too powerful or bad, It seems to be pushing the Hunter towards aggro. If you can use this with something like a buzzard you can get 2 cards from it.

So I guess it will put a Beast from a set of Beasts, that exists as standalone cards (like Bane of Doom), in your hand (not from your deck).

This card has great value, 1/1 for 1 & pulls a beast out of the deck! My question is, would it be better running this instead of Tracking?
Could also compare it with Thalnos. Thalnos is in many Shaman/Druid/Rogue/Mage/Handlock decks as far as we know, giving you spell damage on demand while cycling itself(save form earthshock stuff).
The spider being a beast synergizes with Buzzard/KillCommand/Houndmaster and timber wolf and beyond. With Buzzard it's 2 draws and a token for 1 mana; with Kill Command it's 2 spell damage with cycle; with Houndmaster it's a body to take that buff. So overall it's guaranteed value with cycle, which makes Webspinner a lot better than Thalnos in a hunter deck.
The downside is that Webspinner does not draw from your own deck, which might lower the quality of its 'cycling'. (The upside within the downside is that you're less likely to run into fatigue, lol JK)

Meh...craptastic in my opinion. Has a chance of giving you something useful just as much as something utterly bad - and playing cards like that usually do not work (e.g. Mind Games without the Opponent's Deck). If it is any random beast then these are your 26 possibilities (note it, as it reads now, will not do an animal companion because that is a Spell). I mean, yes it has upside in being another low cost minion to sync with Kill Command and/or Hyena, and Buzzard topdeck draw - but other than that I don't think it is dependable enough. I say this as a Hunter being my main Hero of choice with 440ish wins, not that it makes me an expert, but just my opinion.

Drop Rivendare, Drop Tundra Rhino, Drop Webspinner, Charge into a minion and sacrifice the spinner, get two beasts in hand!!
Impossible to prevent, or silence any of the three minions, Tundra Rhino = 5, Rivendare = 4, Spinner = 1. If you saved the coin, you could drop 2 web spinners and sacrifice both for a whopping 4 beast cards into your hand!
Who needs "Handlock", give me "Hand Hunter".
