Reminds me of Gruul, but I don't think the +2/+2 will be good enough since Grull gets +2/+2 by the time your next turn starts while Monstrosity will have to take damage to gain the same buff.
Seems like a little weak for a legendary unless there's another effect.
Edit: to expand on the thought, it's giving up around 4 stat points from a vanilla minion to gain the effect. In other words it needs to attack and kill at least one minion to get up to par. And it has to be the one attacking, so it can't be abused with taunt-givers or anything to eat swarms of small minions.
As people said, it's Gruul 2.0 except, unless I'm missing something, it's worse because it gives up more stat points for its effect and does not reliably gain +2/+2 every turn.
Forget the stats, what's up with it being Legendary? Aren't legendaries named characters? What, did the Old Gods make it and say to themselves, 'hmm, what would be a good unique name? I know, Monstrosity!' ?
worse than Gruul with a more conditional effect...the only thing this card has over Gruul is that it isn't BGH'ed (if the 7 atk condition is kept) on the turn it is played...Gruul will continue to grow even if it doesn't clear the board while this card may just die after it hits one or two minions to even keep up with Gruul.
Discuss!

Gruul 2.0?

No deathrattle, No good :v
This seems worse than Gruul, since the growing is conditional.
Too understat, better reduce his mana to 6, otherwise, meh.
Pretty underwhelming for a Legendary
Not sure what they want us to do with this one.
Slow and probably worse than Gruul.
You really thought I had something interesting to say at the bottom of my posts?

Arena card...
...except it's a legendary.
Two times Card Design Competition winner, with Durotan and Snörn the Treasureater.
Finalist with Baronor Badmouth, M'uru and Void Reaver.
Looks really bad. I think it should have been a Common minion rather than a Legendary.
Maybe its a mistranslation and it has windfury, because that would be decent. (nvm its been confirmed :/)
This must be the mandatory mediocre legendary that they have to release whenever a new expansion rolls around.
400 dust
You can try to give this minion windfury to take advantage of the ability, but it still looks very underwhelming.
I agree with the post above that this card should be a common. It is underwhelming and its mana cost is too high for its low stats and weak effect.
This is probably just to nerf the 8-mana slot for the Priest Forbidden spell.
Sucks :(
More dust xD
