It really won't... Secret paladin was already dead in standard and this card isn't good enough to run in wild really
Yes it is, it completely takes secret paladin out of the meta in wild. You probably won't need to use it because its existence means that secret paladin won't be a top meta deck in wild.
This wont kill the secret decks. It will help against them but unless you run 2 of this, the decks still have enough game to win. Unfortunately.
Priest already deal with Secret Paladin quite well, with this card, at least 1 in our deck we burn them with fire. And it helps our weakness against Freeze Mage.
If it was a 3/4 maybe it could see some competitive play. As it is in ladder it will probably at best be a "I hate secret paladin" tech card, but it may work as a tech card in touraments. Not sure, 2 attack just isnt enough in the case that you play against a class that has no secrets. In the wild format it's probably going to be better than the standard format.
Im not sure this will be that good against freeze mage. Kezan Mystic is arguable better since you actually steal the secret (assuming they only have ice block in play), with this, it just becomes a 4 mana 3/5 which is worse than vanilla senjin. Against secret paly though this is clearly better
Excellent, 8 months later finally comes the answer to the massive problem that was going away at the same time anyways. Also this suffers from the tech card issue of being extremely bad on its own in 70% of matchups, making it a base 3/5 without the +1/+1 part would have been infinitely better, no matter how much everyone is currently fantasizing about it right now.
But... he's too late.
I am just glad this helps ensure we don't have the return of the hunter aggro meta. Eats up Hunter secrets just as well as Paladin ones. =)
Why am I sticky?
Good against Pala, but Kezan is better against Mage/Huntard (in Wild).
Well.
Secret Paladin's nightmare, nice.
My new favorite tech card for wild!!
Absolutely fabulous card.

First Stand Against Darkness, now this?
RIP Uther the Lightbringer

"Oh christmas tree, oh christmas tree.." NOPE, INSTEAD, 7/9 minion for 4 mana. OH BABY!
The card we needed, but not the card we deserved
Its fangs are in your flesh before its hiss leaves your ears.
Golden Heroes: Druid -> Rogue -> Shaman -> Hunter -> Warlock

That's a first answer to all the concerns about the wild metagame: they actually still think about the balance of the format! :D
Now I'm curious to see what secrets they're going to pull out now to justify its use in standard...
Shocked by all the negativity around this card. In Wild, this will see play, most likely as one-off tech card.
In Standard, this opens up space for fun new secrets and the means to cheat them into play without breaking the game.
Sure, we won't be building decks around this, but it's a really, really good piece of tech.
Gain +1/+1 for each paladin tear
there are is no innocence only degrees of guilt
Mysterious Challenger : "Who am I? None of your business!"
Eater of Secrets: "Oh, I believe it is. You see, you are now my bitch!"
The best new card I've seen so far...
