you could've cut list to epic/legendary only beacause spellbreaker or golakka were must have previous meta. you should own them already. atm i think ooze should be first one to craft, BK is rarely useful these days, loathab is great but still very expensive tech, murlocs aren't so common and BGH COULD be fine

It depends in what deck you use. Eater of secrets or the black knight will never be played a lot in aggro decks, for them the best i would say is spellbreaker to just silence the taunt that is negating lethal.
I've had lots of success with The Darkness. It's amazing how many people play Raza the Chained, or Kazakus, and then there's like a 10 second silence where they're probably thinking "hang on, where's my potion? Am I lagging?". Perhaps people need to start reading the effects of cards, instead of blindly following netdecks card for card.
Also it breaks Pirate Warrior bots. They try to target it in its dormant state with Mortal Strike until they end up roping and wasting their turn.
It's quite useful in Wild, only because the occasional Reno Warlocks and Mages still exist, as well as Priests of course. I don't use it in Standard because Highlander Warlocks and Mages are pretty much extinct. Can't justify using a card slot just to counter one deck.
i usually run Loatheb in every Wild deck i make unless it's something very specific like an exodia deck or Big priest. many people consider it a "win more" card nowadays becaus for the msot parte you are only interested in playing him if you are winning the following turn, but i consider him a "seal the deal" card since it prevents your opponent from playing any recovery tool. Spellbreaker also make sits way into some of my decks but wild has a lot of decks that really don't care about silence, starting by raza priest.
Well for me since I frequently use OTK decks I had to put Eater of Secrets. Considering that almost every mage deck runs Ice Block, with some running Reno or Jaina, it is pretty mandatory to get the block out of the way.
The most vertissale and unique Is Loatheb. If its played on right moment,it just screws your opponent so much. Golakka Crawler [/card] and [card]Spellbreaker are very good tech choices too
So regarding current meta here is a question. Which tech cards are really necessary?

wild is so specific that you face almost everything in there so all tech cards are often needed but i would go for Gluttonous Ooze, Eater of Secrets and Spellbreaker
I usually run Harrison and Spellbreaker in every control, thats about it.

My Reno Mage has Skulking Geist, which surprisingly isn't listed.
Loatheb can be a nice surprise.
So it seems nobody is using Hungry Crab anymore and Silence is the big winner with 60% of the votes!!

Your magic will not save you
My favorite tech card is corridor creeper. Its good if your opponent is either playing minions or killing your minions!
